"Wir waren zum "Helene-Fischer-Wochenende" in diesem Hotel. Perfekte Lage zum Stadion und ein Freibad ebenso direkt am Stadion. Perfekt bei der an diesem WE herrschenden Hitze den Tag vorm Konzert dort zu verbringen. Das Hotel hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, den Fans ein schönes Erlebnis zu bereiten. Thematisch war das Hotel voll drauf eingestellt :-). Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant waren auch sehr lecker. Einzig die nicht klimatisierten...

"Wir waren für ein Wochenende hier, es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Was nicht so toll war, war dass die Fenster nicht so 100% Schallisoliert waren, anscheinend war irgendwo wo vor Ort ein Konzert und um 4 Uhr morgens war es immer noch sehr laut. wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder."

"The hotel staff was amazing! So very helpful, I can't say enough about them. The blond woman in the Lounge Restaurant on the main floor should not have a customer-facing position. The rudeness is beyond anything I have ever experienced. There are several floors being renovated. We were on a renovated floor. For Americans staying at the hotel, the rooms are smaller than what you would normally have in the states, but they accommodate 4 people, which is not always available at hotels in Europe....

"The check in and staff were great. If you’re going to Deutsche Bank Park for an event this is the place to stay. Only a 25 minute walk from hotel to both side of stadium. Then your not having to wait after event to catch crowded train. The only problem I had was I was given a street room and it’s really noisy from train and cars and people walking down street. Plus people staying there smoke on front steps of hotel and if you have your windows open for fresh air since no air conditioner all the...

"We were greeted warmly at the reception desk. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We stayed here because of the positive reviews and proximity to the train station and to the Opern Platz where we hoped to spend the evening. Unfortunately the weather was too hot to venture out, so we enjoyed the comforts of the hotel. Thank you!"
