"Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. "The first room that I was given had dirty walls, mould in the shower and the air con did not work (314). I asked for a new room and it was completely different, renovated clean bathroom with good air con (416). So there seems to be some inconsistencies in rooms. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a new room. "
