Our room did not overlook the beach but it was clean initially. We don’t think it was swept the last night. Overall nice seat. Some spring breakers next door were noisy two nights in a row, so security needs to make the rounds through the night.

Loved the heated pool and first floor accommodations. We also loved the bikes to be able to get around town. They definitely need new baskets though.
