"This property was outstanding. A full kitchen and comfortable living area with a sectional couch. Comfortable bed, nice linen in a nice quiet and walkable town. 400 m from an excellent coffee house that also serves breakfast item. Nice to see the locals there. "

"Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert"

"The hotel is old feeling. Still has a tub with cracks. The back of the office chair covered in dust. Food preparer at breakfast used his bare hands to place cups after cleaning the trash can with no gloves and did not wash hands in between. One of the beds smelled of urine."

"I accidentally booked last minute for the wrong day (landed after midnight) and the staff worked with me to make sure it was all ok. Lovely quick stop before getting on the road again. Nice safe stop off 81 without having to go into Roanoke proper."

"Room next to the elevators was horrible due to the fact they were terribly loud and grinding and needed service. Receptionist at night was brutal and rude. Morning staff were all wonderful, helpful and cheerful. Parking spaces were in abundance, breakfast was fresh with excellent healthy food options. Refuse any room that is by the elevator and switch hotels."

"The room was dirty first of all. No trash can at all. Wifi cuts in and out, dirt all over the walls, holes found beer cans behind bed, smelled awful with having a non smoking room the green cover blankets covered in burn holes, i booked one night online and made another booking before 11 this morning to extend our stay another night, paid and everything, go down stairs to let him know we rebooked the room and to get a new room key and the man wanted us to completely check out, and come back to...
