"One of the main reasons I selected this property was because of the higher elevation. I booked this stay months in advance so I wanted to give my family the best chance to see snow while we were in the mountains. The Mountain House did not disappoint! We got some fantastic views of the mountains and valley along with the incoming weather and even managed to enjoy a few inches of snow. Definitely a property we would visit again! "I had a nice stay in this wonderful little cabin, there's a small meadow near the gate where you park, I did see some deer in the morning and evening hours and some fireflies at night. Stayed the first week of July."

"We had a wonderful time hanging out in the hot tub and watching the stars. We saw deer in the field, it was so serene. We also fished (successfully!) in the river. The game table was fun even though I lost every time. This is a great property for large families/groups. There is room and fun for all. Aisha was quick to respond to our questions."
