Restful Recreation Riverside House

  • Newly added Game room with Pool table, Ping pong, 65" roku tv, arcade games, and corn hole. Fire pit and BBQ, patio, back yard. This is a great place for visiting with family & friends with all the necessary amenities. It is a beautiful, peaceful home in a quite family neighborhood in Riverside CA near a variety of shopping and dining. Full kitchen stocked with service up to 20 guests. 3 bed/2 bath with added air mattresses and sofa beds for sleeping additional guests. Cleaned and disinfected from door handles to the floor. An open floor plan centrally located to many of the sights of Southern Calif parking on site.
    The space
    The game room is in a separate building in the private back yard. Pool table and activities for the whole family. The home has built in AC/Heater units and ceiling fans in each room. bedrooms have their own AC units. Space heaters provides in winter for additional customizable room temperature. The house has a full kitchen, bedding, pillows, toiletries, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, serving dishes, etc... The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge is NOT connected.
    Guest access
    You will be able to access the building at the front of the property and the back yard. The side gate has a coded lock that you can use to access the back yard as needed.
    Other things to note
    There are 2 Buildings on this property, the main house and the game room.
    Parking is available in the driveway (4 vehicles comfortably) and on the street directly in front of the house (2 vehicles comfortably). Please plan car pooling accordingly.

Clean place and smooth stay

Wonderful place to stay! My friends and I stayed for a weekend trip. Bonnie and Sam were very responsive and kind. Home was clean and had plenty of sleeping options, pillows, and blankets for our entire large group to stay comfortably. Neighborhood was quiet, and we had a great time here!

Amazing host and property

Bonnie the host was amazing and would communicate with me right away when I needed help. She was also very accommodating and understanding. As for the property, it was perfect, clean, spacious and lots of amenities. This is an amazing property because of its simpleness, location and recreational activities. The game room was excellent to have guests and have fun. The house was comfortable and clean and we were provided plenty of towels, bedding, pillows and kitchenware which made our stay comfortable and stress free. There is a food 4 less very close by so it was super convenient to go buy necessities and food. I would highly recommend this place or any place with Bonnie as the host, as she made sure my stay was perfect.

Being With Family Overshadowed….

Being with my entire family, of 21, overshadowed the imperfections of this 1900 sq ft rental. I expected we were going to set up air mattresses & have sleeping bags; however I didn’t expect worn out sofas, squeaky beds, the game room to be in the detached garage, no propane for fire pit, Coffee machine didn’t work, No ice from refrigerator, broken heater grate in the living room and the broken garbage disposal.

Nice owner, property not as expected

When we arrived there was an awful smell in the kitchen. To the owners credit so rushed over there to try to fix it. The dishwasher wasn't working so the dirty dishes had been in there for some time and previous renters had food that had been sitting in the garbage disposal. Again, the owner rushed to try to fix it. The dishes/coffee cups/cutting boards in the cabinets were not clean. The coffee had not been cleaned out since last renter. The grounds had been sitting in the coffee maker. The beds had hair in them and blankets were not cleaned. We were really only there for dinner and to sleep so I was sorely disappointed at that. Again, I don't know that that's the owners fault as much as the cleaner. The game room was perfect for the teens that were with us. They loved that feature. The location is highly populated with a homeless community. Since the game room is disconnected from the house and the teens were out there I was worried for safety with wandering outsiders. That's something the homeowner cannot prevent but I wish there was a little warning of it. The listing says it sleeps 20. It maybe sleeps 12 comfortably with couches. I'm thankful I asked everyone to bring sleeping bags. I appreciate the quick help and quick answers by the home owner but just wish the cleaner had done her job before arriving.

Finally getting together

We all had a great time staying at the house. It was a good set up for the family with the game room. And we do a lot of cooking so the kitchen layout worked well. All said everything was better than expected.

I rented this place for my friends and I and it was an amazing house. It’s in a great neighborhood. The property owners were very helpful and were great at communicating. The place was very cool and had great amenities.
