"I stayed in a cabin near the bridge right on the river. The view was incredible, parking right near the cabin was so easy. The cabin was clean and basic and just what I needed. As a light sleeper I should have stayed further away from the bridge as the trucks going over it all night kept me awake. This is my own fault and not the parks. "

"Lovely location, sat watching the sunset over Lake Bonney from the comfortable provided outdoor setting. Our dog needed to be on a long leash but enjoyed sitting on lawn watching the bird life in the park across the road. We enjoy our stay and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and TimTams! Would recommend a stay here. "

"Perfect riverfront location! The cottage is beautifully renovated throughout and immaculately presented. Equipped with everything you need for a long or short getaway, all we needed to bring was food and drinks. The private boat ramp was a bonus and made launching the boat easy. The communication with hosts, Graham and Elspeth, was clear and simple. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!"

"We had a fab stay in this lovely little cottage across from Lake Bonney. The cottage has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The little treats on arrival for us and our 2 doggos, was such a nice touch. The weather wasn’t in our favour, so will be back to enjoy in summer another time. "Spent 4 nights over new years here and it was such an amazing, relaxing and enjoyable time with my partner. We went kayaking along the river bank, swimming, had a bath during sunset over looking the water, bbqs and a fire outside. We didn’t even need to leave the property. We disconnected from the rest of the world and enjoyed time together just the two of us. Don’t think twice and book this one in, we can’t wait to come back. Beautiful place. "
