"The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

"Property was right where the green line street car would stop. So easy to get around and also walking distance to WWII museum. Safe property being is staffed also by security guard and property has a 8 ft gate around the whole premises. Another plus is right next door is a good restaurant of Mr.Eds oyster bar. Area is not a party area so can get a good nights sleep. Only down side is no coffee pot in room, but does have breakfast (for 14.99), or can get free coffee in the lobby area. Uber...

"The worst stay at a Hilton. We were on the top floor by the elevator room 729 and there is a high pitched noise that never goes away. The Engineer had been called on the situation in the past. He knew exactly what I was having an issue with when he has called over to try to help me. He commented that it was a combination of the elevator shaft and machinery on the roof. I stayed two nights the second day i requested another room early on Thursday but was ignored. I had to sleep with a pillow...

"The people in the room next-door we’re doing grown people things which is not a problem that’s their privacy. They can do what they want but when it sounds like the bed is coming through the wall and they’re beating and hollering like they’re beating on each other. That’s when it becomes a problem in the staff did not address the issue after repeated calls to the front desk
NO SLEEP FOR US"
