"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. "Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel ."

"Well it was a place to sleep,first night of check in no wifi after 20 minutes trying to connect turned on TV sporadically worked and it went off,went to front desk and was told we're aware and working on it,last morning finally figured out if you go outside your door wifi connects an the stay within 8 feet of you door you slightly connected,was told oh we're going to add points to your IHG rewards every day for convenience,checked out and haven't received anything,always had good luck at...

"Hotel is very clean, very nice staff. We checked out the pool area nice I know kids would love it. Chlorine overload for me. Great breakfast, vouchers included in our reservation. Room lighting: Our room was dark even with the 4 lamps in the bedding area. Maybe brighter bulbs? AC worked great. We would stay here again."
