Retro Computer i Jedová Chýše

The staff were not helpful at all regarding check-in and check-out times or luggage storage. In particular, during check-out, the cleaning staff member was extremely rude and spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner. Unfortunately, the lack of assistance and the unprofessional attitude of the staff negatively affected our overall experience. I expected much better customer service.

Clean and conveniently located. The only drawback, no lift. The circular stairs were a bit much.

The staff is very helpful, the location is great and the rooms are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are big.
