"Parking was ample."

"Location and rooms were awesome!"

"Great location. And walking distance to the airport"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"I was a bit surprised with the wait time for the shuttle from airport to the hotel. I was offered a free drink as a compensation but when presented to the bar , they refused the free drink coupon and told me I had to negotiate with the front desk ....poorly trained people ."

"Breakfast hrs need to be longer Gambling staff to be more helpful to get you to your room safely and not walking thru car parks late"

"Good for late flight into Melbourne"

"We had an excellent stay. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Very enjoyable."

"The motel met our needs to a high standard."
