"Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and a quiet location."

"2 negatives was the staff in the restaurant need to be a bit more uplifting and be more attentive to clients dining in the restaurant. Room 1 was very noisy… Great location Great that it has a restaurant on site Love the shuttle bus"

"ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, it is a DUMP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR CASH ! SPEND A FEW EXTRA BUCKS ON A BETTER HOTEL! All SHOULD AVOID THIS DOG HOUSE!"

"Dated property but very clean and friendly staff"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Friending staff"

"We had such a lovely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa! We loved the thoughtful little touches, especially being greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as soon as we checked in and the breakfast in bed. It’s the little details that made our stay feel extra special. Such a relaxing and memorable experience. we’d definitely come back!"

"Breakfast hrs need to be longer Gambling staff to be more helpful to get you to your room safely and not walking thru car parks late"
