"Absolute Gem of a Hotel. I'm so glad I was able to give this experience to my wife and two kids. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. "The good: The location was incredibly convenient for the convention center. We were able to walk the mile to get there each day. The hotel was off the main street so it was quiet. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh.
