"We were greeted by Esmeralda upon checking in. She was very helpful and friendly with answering questions we had. The breakfast every morning was delicious! The kids had a great time in the pool and the location was perfect for all of our trips out."

"The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one."

"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with...
