"Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. "Warm friendly greeting from the two ladies on reception, checked us in promptly and explained how the parking worked. Room was big and very modern with really good amenities including a small fridge which was a great touch, the bar was good and staff friendly, all in all a great place to stay."
