The FEQ Lodge (with rooftop pool and gym)

  • The FEQ Lodge is our tribute to the Festival d 'Été de Québec, which takes place in early July each year in our beautiful city.
    The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area.
    Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.

    King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort.
    Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

    Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance.
    Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the trendy St-Roch district.
    The walkscore website grants 96 to the condo location!
    Also nearby: Old Quebec, Château Frontenac, Plaines D’Abraham, Grande-Allée, Rue St-Jean and Petit-Champlain.

Great coffee shop, and a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to the Old City and parks.

Great location to explore the area. Really quiet at night, great sleep! Wish parking was next door instead of a few blocks away. Everything worked very well.

We were provided excellent and clear instructions for everything ahead of our arrival and to prepare for checking out. The apartment worked so well for our needs and was clean and well kept. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've stayed in while traveling.

Fantastic location with a short ride to Old Quebec City. Apartment was overall comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located next to grocery stores and restaurants. Host communication was top notch. Would love to visit in fall to take advantage of the wonderful roof top amenities.

Winter and Christmas ambiance was plentiful
St. Roch church was within walking distance and was spectacular to see

Weekend getaway

Girls weekend away and this space was a great fit! Walking distance to old Quebec but also enjoyed exploring the area where the property was located. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean & convenient

Stayed for first time family trip to Quèbec. Well located, clean apartment. Roof top pool enjoyed by our kids, and view pretty fantastic too. Host very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.
