"We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. "A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. "Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil."

"Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights. We had a bungalow near the canal. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private. We did yoga on the last three days.
