Spacious rooms and bathrooms, wish they had better water quality, maybe just installing filter system as the "running" water is salty due to the well not hitting true fresh water. Food is overall very good, wish there was a little more variety as after a few days I exhausted my choices. Property is very isolated so not options for a quick lunch or dinner outside. (There is a fresh seafood floating restaurant about 10 mins away and they will come and pick you...

BUT: if you build a 2 million amazing villa like that, why have the rooms NO air conditioner? and why is the wlan not working? Excellent services, gym, swimming pool, nice breakfast, near to a busy commercial street, temples, etc. Good hotel for staying a couple of nights in Mataram. If you're looking for party, better go to the beach area. They don't rent motorbikes, but they give you advice where to get it just 3 minutes waking from the hotel."

"Spacious, airy and comfortable house. The communication with the staff were excellent. The living area and the kitchen could have been cleaned more attentively. The same for the bathrooms. The home cooking needs a bit more creativity and quality. The garden around and the pool were great. The location and the views are great although the access is a little sporty. We enjoyed our stay!"
