📢 ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there may be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

Upon entering this home, you are enveloped by traditional Mexican styles inspired by the colonial towns of Guanajuato, Puebla, and San Miguel de Allende. Vivid pinks, blues, and yellows mix with rustic wood and charcoal granite to take you back in time. Mexican skulls (known as catrinas), wicker lampshades, ceramic tiles, and art inspired by Frida Kahlo complete an experience that you'll be telling your friends about.

While the traditional style makes you feel like you're in the heart of Mexico, the modern, top-of-the-line amenities will make you feel right at home.

This one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster at your disposal with indoor seating for up to 4 and outdoor seating for up to 6. Impress your friends or significant other with bar-quality margaritas using the Vitamix blender and enjoy them on the balcony.

Speaking of the balcony...it's HUGE! It wraps around the entire unit and has three separate seating areas to enjoy the lush greenery, ocean views, and action on the cobblestone streets below. 

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. Telephone service to USA/Canada is available at no extra cost as is WiFi internet with speeds up to 50 MBPS (unheard of in Vallarta) for all your entertainment or business needs.

Common Amenities

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Security

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

Interaction with Guests

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available.

Other Things to Note

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
