The Space:
Step into a recently remodeled apartment in Casa Jacarandas that exuding relaxation and harmony. The bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a great closet space. The living room, bathed in natural light from the sliding glass windows, features a sofa bed suitable for two young individuals (we provide extra sheets). The kitchen is well-equipped, catering to your culinary needs.

The apartment is located on an upper floor, so be prepared for a few steps. Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and the rooftop where we have a common terrace with a spa tub, lounge chairs, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening with its beautiful sunsets.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is about 6 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and more!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

Other Things to Note:
The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club.

The condo is located in a busy area, with possible external noise to take into account.

The building does not have an elevator. Guests must climb stairs.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge.

Beach kits that include an umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler can be requested for a fee and are subject to availability.

A crib/Pack ´n Play and highchair are available for rent upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $50 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Small pets are allowed.
