Unbeatable and spectacular views overlooking Puerto Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas. The condo is well appointed and the property staff are very attentive. Communication with our host was very smooth.

Very nice landing spot. This condo is just outside the busyness but close enough you can walk anywhere with no problem. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck outside too. The rooftop pool is incredible and the view is awesome. I'd recommend this condo to anyone that needs some time to relax.

We recently stayed at this condo for four nights. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Very close to a lot of great restaurants and a nice and quiet area. The concierge was very helpful with anything we needed.The rooftop pool and bar was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooftop pool was amazing. Great communication from the owner. The unit had everything you need for a great visit. Was perfectly located for all my needs

Our stay was great!

Our stay was great! We absolutely loved the condo and the sights were simply amazing from the rooftop pool. Such a clean and wonderful place to stay with a great location. I can not say enough great things about our stay.

A jewel of a place

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a place to come home to after exploring Puerto Vallarta. The view and the incredible comfort of both interior and large deck make it a destination in itself.

Our only criticism is that we could hear people talking outside the door. It made us feel as though they were in the room. Maybe the front door needs some sort of sound proofing. When we heard people talking outside we figured it from the door.

9 nights in paradise

Great condo, excellent dining & grilling terrace with views of the city. Hotel quality king bed and linens. Stellar Rooftop pool with swim up bar. Easy walkable location to beach and bars. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Terrific condo for visit

Well-located condo in a great section of Zona Romántica. Property is immaculate and well equipped, with a beautiful rooftop infinity pool and nice gym. Have stayed multiple times - highly recommend!

Another amazing trip!

We went to celebrate a friends birthday who had never been. Staying at this property was the best idea. It’s everything the listing says and more…extremely convenient to everything, very responsive to any questions and the value is amazing. Highly recommend this location.

Incredible Accommodations!

Location, rooftop pool, stocked condo, excellent concierge service, quiet neighbourhood. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Pictures were spot on. Jorge, our concierge was responsive and super cool. Highly recommend!

Simply Amazing!

From the minute I booked this property … I had a five-star experience! Norm. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. Sebastian, my concierge was just terrific during my check in and check out. And everything in between it was truly one of the best rentals I have experienced. Beautiful condo great location - overall our vacation was perfect! I will absolutely be back!! Valerie : )

Lovely View and Area

We totally enjoyed our 2 1/2 weeks at 220 Pinnacle. The rooftop pool and bar is really great. The condo is well done but when at the condo we were on the deck most of the time. It is a great view and vibe. Security is very nice. Most days we would pack a beach bag, take the funicular down and walk a short 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. There are multiple beach clubs that take great care of you. It's a great area and an inexpensive coffee shop is steps outside the front door. Norm was so on the ball with communication. Thanks for a great holiday.

Oh, the stairs!

This is a lovely condo, nicely appointed, with a beautiful view. However, the property is (as stated) 2 blocks from the beach, but those two blocks include stairways with more than 100 steps. There is a funicular, but it does not run 24 hours. The other thing you need to know is that the building requires pool users to wear a plastic bracelet (provided by the management company). We put ours on the first day, then discovered that once you put them on they do not come off! And we were staying for 3 weeks! We ultimately decided to cut them off and forego using the pool.

Amazing Condo

The condo was great! Pros: Great location at top of hill in Romantic Zone about 5 minutes' walk down to the beach and a ton of great restaurants and bars, great view of the ocean (looking west down the street and better looking north), loved being at the treetop level as it felt like being in a treehouse, owner Norm and management company in PV were super responsive, the deck is huge, rooftop pool and bar were great, beds were super comfortable (I have a bad back), very safe. Cons: Wristband required to wear at all times which was a bit annoying but we cut ours and then taped together on the days we spent up at the pool and for coming and going in the lobby, hard to find a reclining lounge chair near the pool as they were usually all taken by 10am (extra chairs around the perimeter below the pool). Lots of steps up and down but I see that as a positive to get some exercise but there is a trolley if you don't like stairs. We would definitely stay again as the place was amazing and a good value in my opinion.

Too Many Problems the First 4 Days

1. Fridge ice maker was working and there were no back-up ice trays.2. Flapper in master bedroom toilet was worn out.3. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken and had to be replaced.4. the toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom was loose about to fall off.5. Hot water went out the 2nd day6. The hot water for the shower didn't last more than about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes each time.7. The safe wouldn't open on day 2.8. Upon arrival the floor was dirty and needed cleaning.9. The TV didn't have cable or a smart stick.
