Sun-filled Vacation Rental Located In The Center Of Town - 3 Bed - 2 Full Baths

Sun-filled vacation rental in the center of town on the second and third floors of a three story stand-alone building. This unit is tucked away at the rear of a small condo complex, away from street and pedestrian noise, with tons of natural light, water peaks, and unobstructed views of the Pilgrim Monument. This duplex unit has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with natural river stone flooring. The condo features high end furnishings with central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout the large, open floor plan. The first floor has a comfortable living room with WiFi, HD cable and Bose sound, streaming capability (Chromecast from Google), Bluetooth connectivity to the sound system, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and silestone countertops, and dining for six guests around a large table. A private deck with town and monument views is located right off the dining area. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom located on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The unit comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and all amenities one would expect. Conveniently located near Far Land Provisions and a short walk to the ferry or the beach. Offstreet parking for one car is included. A perfect getaway place right in the center or town, just steps away from shops, restaurants and all the conveniences.

The house is beautiful. Tom is an excellent host very quick with communication and accommodating. The bedrooms are small but comfortable. The location is perfect. It is a very easy walk from the ferry dock yet it is very quiet.

4th of July in P-town

There were 4 of us staying in the property. The kitchen was great size for us as well as the living space. Everyone had space to move around. The bedrooms were smaller, but that is to be expected for homes in Provincetown. It worked great for our group of 4! The bathroom on the main floor with the shower we perfect for the taller guests. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Fabulous property in the center of town

We stayed for a week during Carnival and couldn’t have had a better time. The place is smack dab in the center of town and convenient to everything. The deck was a great place for a morning cup of coffee and view of Pilgrim Monument. The rooms are on the smaller side but that’s no issue when you’re out on the town most of the time. Having both bathrooms detached from the bedrooms made it easy for a group stay. Loved staying here and hope to stay again!

Spacious and clean

We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable here. The place is clean and very well maintained. It’s also fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach towels. The outdoor space is small but has a great view. My only wish was that the furniture inside and out was a little more comfortable but overall, everything was excellent. And the host was extremely responsive to questions during our stay.

Family Week

From start to finish our stay was magnificent. The home was inviting it was convenient to town and all restaurants and shops. Just one minor detail, when we arrive the temperature was @ 85 degrees and quite warm The second floor must have been at least 90. We put on the AC and it worked very well within an hour or two the place was at 68°. We rate our stay a 5 stars!! Thank you!

Excellent Stay - Responsive Hosts

The home is very well kept by the hosts, centrally located to most of the action on Commercial Street- yet quiet and removed from a lot of the bustle. Our hosts did a wonderful job preparing us for arrival to Ptown and also quick to respond to messages and texts to answer questions we had. We hope to return to the same house next year!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo...Tucked away, yet central to everything. With its open floor plan on the main level and three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 5 adults and one baby. Additionally, Tom and Jonathan were excellent hosts. A great place abs a great location

Thomas’ house is a lovely spot that’s central to town but also slightly removed from Commercial St., which is nice. We’ve stayed in Provincetown a few times, and this is probably our favorite rental so far. The common areas are larger and nicer than they look in photos, though the rooms are relatively small. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Outstanding in every way!

This place has all the things we could want: location, comfort, luxury, and convenience. - Location: The condo is one block off the main drag and quiet in the space, even with windows open. Delicious meals right outside the front door. Off street parking included in a designated space. - Comfort: beds, sofa, chairs, dining are all comfortable and plentiful. The kitchen is large enough for a couple of people to cook, etc. The layout is well thought out with recessed lights and lamps. - Luxury: beautiful bed linens and towels, thoughtfully laid out bathrooms with enough space, and high end appliances. And someone has a eye for decorating with gorgeous items and enough space left over for your things while you're staying there. - Convenience: easy walking to Commercial St, parking spot, lots to do within walking distance, and a major grocery a short drive away. This is the place to stay in P-town!
