RECENTLY RENOVATED 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH DECK & OFF STREET PARKING CLOSE TO BEACH

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this first floor, newly decorated, fully furnished, 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated. Two comfortable queen beds await! Window AC's and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms. The spacious living room is fully furnished and is equipped with a ceiling fan. It features a sliding door leading out to a private deck . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and cafe/bar height dining table. A gas grill for your exclusive use is provided outside. A coin operated laundry is located in the basement.

Located in a complex across the road from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities! This beach is PERFECT for watching the sun rise! Right next to condo complex is the Harbor Hotel with a public pool, cabana bar and fire pit. A 20-25 minute walk into the town center will bring you past many stores, galleries and restaurants! The Provincetown Bus stops frequently in front of the complex in season and takes you into town for $2.00 per person.

The unit includes internet and ROKU TV (bring your passwords and you can watch your favorite shows). Some books and games are also provided. A dedicated parking spot for ONE car is available next to the building. Parking for more than ONE car is NOT guaranteed due to a very limited amount of visitor parking spaces.

Strict 4 guest maximum. This is a quiet residential complex with a lot of full time residents. This condo is one of 4 units in a detached building. Parties are NOT allowed. Guests will be required upon booking to sign a vacation recreational agreement.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed for renters due to severe homeowner allergies.

Minimum of 7 days rental in peak season, 2-3 days shoulder season, 2 days off season. Rental Agreement with condo information and regulations must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking to complete the booking.

What a fabulous stay! Hosts Mars and Paula provided clear and helpful communication, including a list of restaurants and etc. to check out in town; the property is lovely, well-equipped, comfortable, and cozy, in a quiet and convenient location; the beach access is right across the street and provides gorgeous sunset views. Mars and Paula even left us a lovely souvenir, which was so kind and appreciated. We look forward to a future stay at this lovely condo.

Best host I’ve ever experienced. There was an issue with the bed being too soft, and they went and solved it by getting a piece of wood that day for us. The location is perfect with a beach you can walk to. It’s in the forest and protected from the wind. Lots of birds around.

Immaculate! Much larger than the pictures. AC in the bedroom worked perfect. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses. Bathroom shower had very modern sliding glass doors. Mars was very communitive with instructions and suggestions. The neighbors were very friendly and steps to the beach directly across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Loud upstairs tenants 5:30am both mornings!!

A few days away is something I cherish, but unfortunately I don’t know if the upstairs tenant was an owner or short term renter, but the dog barking and the heavy footsteps and slamming the door woke me up both mornings at 5:30AM!! I go away to sleep in, so never again will I rent a first floor condo!!

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! All the amenities you need for a long weekend. The check in process was very easy and they left us Cape Cod key chains as souvenirs which was very cute and thoughtful! Owners were very easy to get in touch with and helped us when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Easter Weekend Getaway

My sister and I come to Provincetown every year for Easter weekend. We stayed at Mars and Paula's condo this year and were very happy. They are great hosts that were more than accommodating to us on our trip even offering a little later check out since no one was coming in right behind us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and offered high end finishes in the kitchen and bath. We would highly recommend a stay here as it is close enough to town yet far enough away to be relaxing!

Perfect P-Town getaway!

We loved every minute of our stay! Not only was this a great location but it was clean, perfect for myself and 2 friends. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook. The shower was great and the towels were nice and thick and fluffy! The beach was just a short walk away and there is a great path across highway 6 that takes you to a cool dune path. The house was clean and neat and very cozy. We rented electric bikes from Gale Force bike rentals which was a ton of fun. Drag Brunch at the Crown and Anchor was a blast! Wine tasting at the Truro Vineyards was lovely as well. Overall it was a fun weekend and we are so happy we booked with Mars and Paula. Thank you!!

Responsive owners & clean, updated unit

We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend. Prior to arriving, the owners were very responsive, via email, to questions we had. They also let us know the unit was ready before the normal check-in time. The unit was very clean and had all the stnecessities.

Loved this condo! Wished we could have stayed longer. Newly updated, clean, lovely decor, comfy furniture, easy parking. The owners were super easy to communicate with over the app, email and text. P-Town was super close. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House Getaway

My friend and I just completed a lovely stay here while visiting Provincetown. The location was super close to a beach (we would have checked it out if not for the stormy weekend!) and also to all of the things we wanted to see downtown. The condo itself was well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable with easy, straight-forward instructions. We definitely want to come back to visit in nicer weather and we would absolutely book this location again. The hosts were gracious, easy to work with, and super thoughtful. We had a wonderful time.

Best kept secret

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. This property is extremely clean, has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook and the hosts are very responsive. We visit every year and usually stay in P town however due to the location of this property (beautifully situated by the water) and how close it is to downtown, as well as the price difference- it makes staying here a no brainer. We will definitely be back!
