"Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet."

"Wir hatten ein Mobilheim, es war sehr sauber. Bei der Einteilung hab ich schon bessere gesehen oder eine besser durchdachte Küche, die steckdosen waren sehr komisch platziert, nämlich eher sehr weit oben so das man sie schwer erreicht. Den Wasserkocher haben wir zum Beispiel auf einen Topf drauf ..."

"Joel Hotel was presented exactly as advertised. The room we had was very modern with a great sea view and a spacious balcony. The pool area was clean with a great pool bar service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others."
