Villa with pool and private waterfront

If you want to spend a relaxing holiday, this holiday home is just what you want. The house is located at the very end of a small fishing village, in the first row to the sea. Its location allows you to spend your holiday isolated from the crowds of summer in complete peace surrounded by medicinal herbs. Next to the house is an overflow pool with seawater from which, as well as from the whole garden and the house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and islands, and bathing in it will give you idyllic moments of rest in complete privacy. The garden has a summer kitchen with barbecue, a spacious terrace, trampoline and swings for children and covered parking. Along the sea you will find a spacious stone quay, which also includes an awning covered area with deck chairs, a jumping area and a slide for children, intended only for you. Since there are no larger settlements or industrial facilities in the wider area, the sea is extremely clean and clear, and therefore especially attractive for diving and fishing enthusiasts. If you prefer a day of swimming and sunbathing, fresh fish is still possible as local fishermen will be happy to offer you their daily catch. The location of this house in relation to the natural environment offers lovers of nature walks
and the possibility of visiting the world-famous Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes National Parks, as well as the nature park Sj. Velebit. Nearby are the Zavratnica Fjord, the Birds of Prey Center and the Botanical Garden. Take advantage of the proximity of the ferry docks for the islands of Rab (7 km) and Pag (20 km) for day trips and exploring the natural beauty of which Croatia is known all over the world. A 2.2 km long steep and winding road leads from the house to the main road, which is partly paved.

Traumhaft und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber machbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Mateo hat uns auch ein Boot vermittelt mit dem wir die Buchten abfahren konnten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine Reise die man nicht vergisst

Wir waren zu viert mit drei Hunden (auf Nachfrage) in dieser Unterkunft. Diese befindet sich in einem keinem Dorf und ist das letzte Haus der Straße. Die Unterkunft war „blitzeblank“ und man findet darin alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Grillhütte welche wir fast jeden Tag benutzten. Der eigene Meerzugang, die Lage, diese unglaubliche Stille und diese bombastische Aussicht, machten die Unterkunft zu etwas ganz besonderem. Der Gastgeber der Unterkunft ist ein ganz netter Mann der einem jederzeit zu Rat und Zeit zur Seite steht. Was man beachten muss ist, dass der Weg von der Hauptstraße zur Unterkunft sehr eng und steil ist. Wenn man den Weg aber ein paar mal gefahren ist, fährt es sich schon wie von allein! Das einzige was Schade und ein bisschen unpraktisch war ist, dass der letzte Einkaufsladen 40 min. entfernt in Senj ist. Des Weiteren gibt es keinen netten Ort in der Nähe wo man mal abends hingehen könnte um etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Im Endeffekt ist man „lost in Paradise“ aber das ist auch das was es ausmacht. Wir hatten eine wundervolle gemeinsame Woche voller Ruhe und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Thank you Mateo, it was a pleasure!!

Excellent !

We love the house and the surroundings. The house is very comfortable and the view is beautifull. Couple opportunities to swim - the pool, private stairs to the sea and path to a small stone beach. Perfect if you are looking for an intimate and quiet place. Best shoping and restaurants in Senj, 40 min by car. Deffinetely worth comming back ! The host is very helpfull - thanks Mateo !

Wonderful Holiday House

The property was spotless and more beautiful a location than could ever be captured in a photo. It was remote and this meant it was so quiet and peaceful. What an amazing place to get away from life and really have a holiday. We will be booking for next year.

L'esperienza è stata fantastica e torneremo sicuramente. Uno dei pochi posti ancora incontaminati come turismo e natura, senza rinunciare a tutte le comodità e alla pulizia che la casa offre. Non ci sono strutture di accoglienza turistica (bar, locali, supermarket etc.), ma questo aiuta a mantenere il suo fascino e spero duri il più a lungo possibile. Comunque in macchina si raggiungono facilmente grossi centri come Senj. Host molto attento al cliente ed eccezionale nella comunicazione e accoglienza.

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Mateo und seiner Mama empfangen worden, eine sehr nette, herzliche und zuvorkommende Familie. Wir haben zusammen mit unseren zwei Kindern eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus mit einem unglaublichen Meerblick, Sonnenuntergängen, unglaublich wunderschön angelegten Garten (riesige Rosmarinsträuche, Feigenbäume, Oleander) verlebt. In Wirklichkeit ist es schöner als auf den Fotos! Wer in einer ruhigen, naturbelassenen Lage seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Mateo war immer erreichbar und antwortete umgehend, wir baten ihn uns frischen Fisch beim örtlichen Fischer zu organisieren sowie ein Boot, alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir danken Mateo und seiner Mama, dass wir so einen schönen Urlaub als ihre Gäste verbringen durften und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Super house, with all you need. Super pool facilities and good sun beds. Nice grill house with outdoor kitchen. Easy stair access to the Adriatic Sea with private terrace at sea level.

Wie soll man eine Traumlocation beschreiben.... Es war alles perfekt - die Villa, die Umgebung, der Strand, glasklares Wasser, herrliche Ruhe, die wunscherschöne Bepflanzung und die Ausstattung der Villa (Handtücher in Hülle und Fülle, Gewürze für alles, Öle etc.), fast täglich fangfrischer Fisch von einem befreundeten Fischer, der Vermieter selbst war super nett - alles top. Besser geht es nicht. Wer sich rundum in einer Traumumgebung erholen will, muß hier hin. Wir auf alle Fälle wieder....

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Privater Meerzugang, Pool und eine Outdoorküche was will man mehr. Wir sehen uns wieder 😎

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. Die Betreuung durch Mateo Vorort war super. Der fangfrische Fisch, zubereitet auf dem Außengrill war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Aber dann früher, da die Wassertemperatur doch schon niedrig war.

Superschöner Urlaub

Sehr netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter, haben einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub in dem herrlich gelegenen, sehr sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus direkt am Meer verbringen können. Highlight ist der private Meerzugang. 14 Tage absolute Ruhe und man konnte die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber in jedem Fall lohnend.

Nette Lage direkt am Meer,

das Haus selbst ist schon einige Jahre alt. So gab während unseres Aufenthalts die alte Klimaanlage den Geist auf. Das trug bei 40 Grad nicht gerade zum Gelingen des Urlaubs bei. Erwähnen sollte man auch, daß oberhalb ein weiteres Haus gebaut wird (Baustellenambiente und Baugeräusche inklusive). Das Haus liegt zwar weit ab, es gibt aber direkte Nachbarn, an deren Terassentisch man auf dem Weg zum Strand vorbei muß. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eng und steil, teilweise Schotter, nicht für jederman geeignet. Alles in allem passte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Einfach genial!!!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Ferienwochen mit unserem Hund, an einem fantastischen Ort verbracht. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, das glasklare Meerwasser, die Ruhe, das schöne, sehr saubere Haus, das wirklich mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ist, haben uns sehr begeistert. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns herzlich empfangen und sowohl das Check-in, wie auch das Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert und die Angaben von Mateo sehr zuverlässig. Wir können es kaum erwarten, nächstes Jahr wieder zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen dort zu verbringen!

Trotz 3 Hunden wurden wir freundlichst empfangen und hatten ein paar Wohlfühltage! Etwas buckelige Anfahrtsstraße, aber das Haus an sich hat alles geboten, was man braucht.
