Beautiful Ocean Front First Floor Condo!

Beautiful ocean front condo on no-drive Ponce Inlet Beach. We are located in Sandcastle North on the first floor. The unit is right in front of the pool and steps from the stairs that lead to the beach. Our porch has a ramp that leads right to the shallow end of the pool. From our unit we have a great view of the ocean and often see the dolphins swim by. This unit is perfect for families or couples. We have everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. We are a quarter mile from Racing’s North Turn where you can enjoy drinks, dinner and music on the beach.

Location Location Location

Actual unit is dated and could use some TLC, however it wasnt anything catastrophic. Being able to walk out the glass slider and having the pool just steps away was a luxury. Not to mention the ease of getting all the stuff down to the beach and back. Many thanks to Robin, who always answered me with in minutes. Will diffently look to book here again if available.

Peaceful Perfection

The property is located on the most beautiful beach.It is so serene and quiet. You are secluded enough to feel like you have rented the beach for just your family, but close enough to some great restaurants and a few activities. Robin was a great responsive host. The condo has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. We appreciated the supplies in the condo including a stick vac, beach chairs, and we loved that it had a pantry!The teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the 2nd bedroom. We really appreciated the extra safety measures on the sliding door and the pull up lock on the patio gate for our younger kids.

Quiet beach vacation

This unit fit our needs perfectly. It provided the basic necessities and many extras. The location is quiet, exactly what we desired and still close enough for grocery and food delivery. The spectacular view provided glimpses of dolphins and shore birds. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear available. The beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. We booked surfing lessons and shore fishing charter. As northerners, the water was a warm 65 degrees and we took advantage of the vast, nearly empty beaches to walk, swim, and shell hunt. The area provided so many activities. We will definitely visit again.

Beach condo

Overall our experience was good. The property was as pictured, was in a good location, and the beach was very nice. There was apparently miscommunication with the cleaner so the condo was not as clean as I had hoped. The property owner was responsive to the issue and offered a resolution. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A perfect week at the beach!

We couldn't have asked for better.. That goes for communication with Robin, location, price, all the equipment and abundance of beach towels, and the king size bed! My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture of the mattress tag so I can order the same one for my house!

Felt like home

We will definitely be coming back. It felt like home. We have 2 kids (6 & 2) and there was anything and everything there already that you might need or thing for the kids to do. The pool and pool deck was being redone at the time we were the, but we could use the South Tower's pool. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a hot tub. Owner is fantastic to work with.
