Platja de San Blas

Vi trivdes verkligen från första stund. Finca Paraíso ligger i ett lugnt område med en underbar utsikt över havet, Personalen var otroligt vänlig, tillmötesgående och gjorde alltid det lilla extra för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna. Boendet var rustikt och charmigt, med en mysig känsla och mycket god standard när det gäller renlighet.

Petit hotel correct MAIS je le déconseille : Proximité immédiate d'une route circulée donc pas de sérénité en extérieurs. Restaurant se voulant écolo mais aux quantités lilliputiennes et cher . Peu de clients donc pas très gai

Our stay was a disaster ...especially as we had experienced 3 lovely stays over the past 2 years. When we entered our 1st floot apt we saw that the the ground floor directly under ours had a notice stating it was under renovation( this was late evening so no work at the time) No problems over the w/nd but at 9am Mon morning the hammering /drilling etc started ...and continued.... The weather being good we were not there most of that day but thereafter with cloud, some rain & my husband having injured his back, he/we were inside most of the time & TRYING to relax. But the noise was constant. When I complained to Reception, there was an apology & was told the Manager would be informed but not around until the following day when we would be contacted. Nothing. That afternoon we were informed that the resort info received was that some local work was ongoing between 10-6pm BUT nothing mentioned at our check in and NOTHING re the proximity of the work, AND a 2nd Ground Floor apt directly opposite was also being renovated !!!! We were then told that only 1 bed apts were affected so why wasn't this flagged up when we booked as we may have chosen to upgrade at that point ! And IF this was the only remaining 1 bed, why weren't we offered at the vey least some kind of "Sweetner"- just a spa treatment when I complained on offer on the day we left !!! I am SO angry & would like to elaborate to Hotels.com as this experience will not be ideal for their reputation with mire to add.
