Platja Estaca

Great place to stay!

The whole property needs to be bulldozed over. It neds so much work. There’s nothing clean. It stinks. The rooms are disgusting. We had no air conditioning in our room the night we stayed there. It was 95° in the room, asked for the air conditioner to be fixed or fans got neither. The staff was rude. The food was disgusting. We got up the next morning the 24th and moved to another resort which cost us another $5200. I would like a refund on the room from the crown paradise golden adult only that’s the least that can happen is I could get a refund on that. Cause we had to spend more money to come to another resort that is clean and the people are staff are friendly and helpful. So yes, I will be asking for a refund of the week. We were supposed to spend at the Crown Golden paradise adult only. We were supposed to be there 23 October through 2 November we stayed one night.
