"Excellent location and well maintained property but parking is a nightmare. Driving to lobby to unload your luggage is impossible as the valley has blocked whole area by parking cars there. It took us 30 min wait before we gave up and went to a nearby parking lot and dragged our luggage."

"Room was clean. I was able to turn up the heat to be warm. The shower was warm to my liking. They tried to put me in a room away from the hockey people but there was still some kid running back and forth in a hall for an hour late into the night. TV was so big the brightness hurts my eyes. "Our first room had water damage to the ceiling and the wall which caused a bubble in the paint so we requested a new room. The second room had hair in the shower and on the towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows basically non-existent. We specifically picked this property for the charging ..."
