Cozy Pinetop Country Club Home on Golf Course

Our cabin has everything you need to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather and fresh mountain air. Spacious 1,000 sq ft deck nestled amongst the pines. Spectacular location on the Pinetop Country Club golf course. The perfect setting for a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a home cooked meal. An incredible escape for the whole family! Dog friendly. High Speed Wi-Fi. Restaurants, shops, hiking/biking/ATV trails, golf, pickleball & skiing are all nearby. Ready to make memories to last a lifetime?

The rear deck is one of the best places in Pinetop to hang out, nestled in the tall pines and overlooking the gorgeous golf course!
Inside you will find the master bedroom downstairs with a king bed, TV with Roku and blu-ray player, and a full bathroom and laundry room are right across the hall. The main living space, with multiple reclining sofas, TV with Apple TV and YouTube TV, fireplace, and board games, is attached to the dining room and kitchen downstairs which all have views of the outdoors.
Upstairs includes a 2nd bedroom with a Sleep Number adjustable king bed, a second full bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed.

Full property access including inside laundry room. Pinetop Country Club golf course is for members only but Pinetop Lakes golf course is public and just minutes away.

The house is older, but was clean and well set-up for an older couple (like us). The kitchen is well-appointed as to pots, pans, and both the oven and cooktop are excellent. The kitchen is also well-lit, something we've not often seen in vacation rentals. Most impressive, the back patio has a fantastic view of the 14th green of the Pinetop Country club. We'd definitely stay there again.

This property is very quaint and lovely. Check in was a breeze. Sitting opposite the 14th green on the Pinetop Country Club golf course was such a delight. The house opens on 3 sides to face the beautiful course and it's like you are bringing the outside in. The deck is large and comfortable with sitting for 8 comfortably. The 3 bedrooms were large and comfortable and the living/dining area was perfect for relaxation. We appreciated the great outdoor lighting in the evening. Perfect for dining outside. As a bonus we enjoyed the wild horses in the yard as well as a black bear who pid us a visit too!You will enjoy a stay here very much. Communication with the host was perfect as well. Thank you for a GREAT 2 WEEKS!!!

Sit back and relax!

What a beautiful location! Imagine sitting amongst the tall pines and hearing the wind whisper through the trees, as you look out over the golf course from the large covered patio. We were treated to several days of seeing wild horses with their foals peacefully walking around. Our grandchildren called it a parade as they actually walked between our house and the neighbor. It was nice to have a covered garage for the afternoon showers that popped up. Michael was the perfect Host, easy to communicate with, property was as described and his check in/check out procedures very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we need another northern getaway.

It was like 115F back in Phoenix, and we could sit outside here on the patio while reading books and watching a bunch of bad golfers try+fail mightily to sink their ball into the hole. :)

Could not get TV's to work, even with owners help.

Were not told that TV's require special connections with your cellphones/remotes. We are not "techies". We were not made aware of that before we arrived or we would NOT have rented it. Previous renters, we found out, were not either. The location was good, it was clean, but furnishings in need of big update. Am going to contact owner for some sort of refund. Emmette Graham

Very nice property on Pinetop CC golf course; well furnished, comfortable, quiet and roomy. Owner easy to deal with. Lovely neighborhood. Outdoor deck overlooking the fairway is fabulous.

Beautiful views

Property had a great deck & spectacular 3 sided views. However there weren’t instructions on how to use anything and we couldn’t get either TV to work. Sadly the dryer wasn’t working so we had to spend a few days of our vacation going to a laundromat. He did give us $50.00 to compensate our inconvenience. The main room carpet is dirty and the bedroom carpet is matted. We enjoyed sitting on the deck especially when the afternoon thunderstorms rolled in giving us rain.
