  • Lark Cottage es una nueva casa de vacaciones recientemente restaurada situada en el centro de Pickering, una histórica ciudad de mercado, que sirve como puerta de entrada al parque nacional de North Yorkshire Moors y Heritage Coastline.

    Esta atractiva casa de campo construida con piedra de grado 11 está idealmente situada para explorar la hermosa campiña, los castillos, las ciudades de mercado y las ciudades históricas de North Yorkshire.

Lovely cottage, clean & with everything you could need for a holiday. Pickering was lovely & we also visited York & Whitby which are close. Although its street parking we were able to find a space on both days we stayed. Ive told family & friends about Lark cottage as I loved staying here

Lovely cottage,very clean.Handy for all things to do in Pickering.Indian restraunt near by very good.Well recommended.NYMR trip is a must down to Whitby.

Gorgeous cottage

We all fell in love with Lark cottage, from the display of tea cups to the exposed beams, the cottage exuded charm and comfort. Cannot wait for our next stay!

Very nice cottage

First time using VRBO for a stay and very impressed. Cottage was beautiful and ticked all of our boxes. Good location for exploring local area. Will be coming back.

Central location. Kitchen and bathroom clean and modern - great shower. Only negative was the skylight in the double bedroom under the eaves, which needs a blackout blind in summer. I rigged up a towel over it, which helped. Hopefully the owner will have rectified this, best to check unless you’re a heavy sleeper! But overall a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you could need. It is easy to park outside the cottage, close to village shops, pubs and restaurants, an ideal location. The cottage is beautiful inside with comfortable sofas and beds. Definitely 10/10.

We had a lovely weekend there the house was spotless and had a lovely freshness when you entered. It is situated right in Pickering just 5mins from the station. Would go back there again and the buns they left were lovely

Lovely cottage

Lovely stay in well equipped cottage. Only two downsides are parking. I would prefer a permanent parking space. I didn’t know if you could have struck up a deal with the pub behind. I also don’t like a shower above the bath. I never feel safe getting in and out. That said, it was very central and great value for money. I would stay there again.

Lovely restored cottage with full kitchen amenities and a great bathroom, right in town. Parking was free outside, just had to keep an eye for a spot. Only a couple of constructive criticisms - the top floor double room faces out at the back onto the car park for the pub who shine mega spotlights all night. The velux window blind is inadequate, you need a blackout and or even a curtain to pull over. Also the bed was great except a really big heavy duvet which was too warm for me; others might appreciate. I'd suggest a sheet between the duvet and the mattress so there are options Overall we had a great stay and already looking at coming again!

Really charming property with a great location. The owner incredibly friendly and welcoming and the cottage has everything you would need for a stay. I would love to stay again

Perfect!

We stayed for two nights wished we'd booked more, the cottage is warm and welcoming located perfectly for the local attractions and eaterys the communication with the host was 1st class nothing too much trouble , will definitely be back !

Excellent cottage, great location

Lovely cottage in the heart of Pickering. Well equipped, everything you need is supplied, clean and well maintained. Check in is easy. Car parking is available out the front, it is a shared area, but we never had a problem in parking. Pickering is a lovely place to stay and explore the Yorkshire countryside and of course, the fantastic North York Moors Railway station is just a few minutes walk away. All in all, throughly recommended, but do watch your head, there are a couple of low doorways in the cottage.

Central location in the town great for families and friends close by to Whitby, Robin Hoods bay, Sandsend, Runswick bay! Cute cottage with lovely rooms and dog friendly too!

Lovely and homely cottage

We had a wonderful few days in the cottage. It had everything we needed in an excellent location. The bed in the master was very comfy, a beautiful room. Response from communications was excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

Good info re heating etc, but none about rubbish disposal, which was very different from mine. Didnt like beams over bed, hit head twice. Very well equipped would recommend to fairly fit people. We are too old to go up 2 flights of stairs every night.

Well placed village cottage

Would have benefitted from wifi Biggest problem was the hotel car park lighting behind the upstairs bedroom shone into the bedroom all night inspite of blinds making sleep difficult.

Great Little Cottage

This is a lovely little cottage - modern where it needs to be (bathroom and kitchen) and in keeping with it's age for the rest. The most amazingly comfortable bed - haven't slept so well in ages!! Close to walk to all the facilities of Pickering and close to the things we wanted to see. We will be back as we only scratched the surface of this area

Grumpy old gits weekend

We really enjoyed the cottage it's very cosy and a great base to explore the area. beds are so comfy you dont want to get out. Would definitely recommend the cottage.
