Mountain views. Relax on the private balcony. This corner unit has 2 queen beds in 2 bdrms/2 baths and has custom decorating, granite and new vinyl floor and fresh paint. In-suite laundry. Free WiFi. Everything is provided: coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, bed linens, towels, and more. Walkable to ASU, Mill Avenue shops/ dining, Sun Devil Stadium, and Tempe Maketplace Mall. A short drive to Sky Harbour airport, Cubs spring training facility and Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy fishing and other water activities, with kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals nearby.

Tremendous time in Tempe

The stay in Monet’s condo was great! She was quick to respond to any questions I had or any needs that arose. The area is vibrant with restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. The only concern was check in was a little confusing with needing to be buzzed into the parking garage etc…but was handled smoothly with Monet. I would definitely return to this condo!

Better than the pictures

Place is clean, in an amazing area and has everything you can think of and then some. The check in process to getting into the building can be a little confusing but once you get the your cards to the building it’s simple, safe and wonderful!

Perfect weekend getaway!!

Monet was a huge blessing to rent from. Her home was very clean and inviting, she made sure we had everything we needed right from the start. We were in the area for our sons baseball tournament and the rental was extremely centrally located, we never had to travel far for anything. The fridge had waters and condiments, the bathrooms had soaps and lotions and the Landry room was accessible with detergent which came in handy with dirty baseball clothes! We felt extremely safe and welcomed the whole time we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great Stay!

We were extremely happy with our stay. We have a 5 and 7 year old who really enjoyed the pool. Excellent communication prior to stay, even allowed in the property a little early as our flight times were changed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place

We love staying at the condo. Things that we do in Arizona are all close: hiking, biking and dancing. We love going around the lake and on the 5 mile concrete path to Scottsdale. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Great place to stay in Tempe.

Would return in a heartbeat!

We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the condo was! It was very clean and the building was very secure and quiet. The pool are was breathtaking. Overall a really relaxing trip. Monet was so wonderful. I had forgotten my phone at home and had to have my husband send it to me. Monet was incredibly helpful with this process. She is very accommodating.

Perfect Stay

The location was ideal for the Tempe Ironman event. Condo is very spacious with high ceilings and is fully equipped. Detailed instructions made check in and parking a piece of cake. Monet kept in touch via text. We enjoyed the walks on the trails around Tempe Town Lake and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tempe.

Gorgeous space!

Beautiful, well appointed condo that had all the perfect touches to feel like home! The vaulted ceilings and open concept makes this a very functional space with room to roam. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening dinner. The unit and building are very clean and quiet, and extremely safe! Very secure at every turn. The pool and courtyard space are very beautiful. My only bummer is that I don’t live there! Monet was extremely helpful and responsive if anything arose. Would be delighted to stay here again or any property that Monet hosts!

Awesome condo in a great location close to ASU

Monet was awesome! The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit is superbly decorated in a tasteful manner. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The location was close to ASU which is what we were looking for. There was a Starbucks within walking distance for a morning treat. Easy access to walking paths along Tempe Town Lake. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

I've been coming out to Phoenix for more than 20 years now to get away from the Ohio cold and Monet's place was an excellent choice. The bedrooms for large and provided a very comfortable sleeping space. Her communication was excellent - always responding in a very timely fashion. The location of the condo, the condition of the condo and the overall appearance of the development were excellent! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested. You'll enjoy your stay very much!

Tempe getaway

The unit was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was clean and quiet. Nice location on the river near ASU. Our kids loved the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms were more than well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is excellent, very open, light, and inviting. The unit was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the location with hiking and biking right out the door. The concrete path through parks up to Scottsdale is wonderful. Parking is great and the lake is picturesque The owner is very friendly and communicates very well. Highly recommend the unit..

Great Unit in an Outstanding Location

Four of us (two couples) stayed in this unit for a college football weekend. The unit is huge and stocked with everything (and more) we needed, from an abundance of towels to side items such as sunscreens. The location was ideal for our visit, we had an easy walk after the game from the ASU stadium to the unit. We went into Tempe several times to eat and when we used Lyft the ride was around $7.50. The beds were firm so if you like a soft bed I would suggest a different unit The owner was great on communication and easy to deal with. If we come back to Tempe in the future we will certainly check on the availability of this unit first!

Beautiful Apartment SO close to ASU campus!

My brother and I rented this lovely two-bedroom for the Pat Tillman run. It's about a mile walk to the staging area, so the location was perfect for this event. The logistics of getting into the unit are a bit convoluted (despite the nicely detailed instructions), but once you've done it, it's easy. The unit is beautifully furnished and the balcony is quite large. We found the beds and pillows a bit firm/uncomfortable. I couldn't find any wash cloths so we used hand towels for showering. Bring hair conditioner. Monet is very responsive and keeps in touch to ensure your stay goes smoothly - thanks for that!!! This unit was great for our Tempe needs.

Exceeds Expectations in Every Way

Monet's condo really is more spacious and well equipped than pictures can show. Very quiet and comfortable. Convenient pool, gym and parking. Easy access to Tempe downtown, Scottsdale, and freeways with entrances about 200 meters away. We liked early morning hikes in Papago Park, a short drive away. Monet was very quick to answer any questions by email, and brought a rice cooker when we mentioned cooking Asian food during our stay. She is service minded for sure. We all hope to stay here again!

Easy city stay

We enjoyed our time in the college town. Property was clean, well stocked and had everything we wanted. Dinner at Culinary Dropout was a highlight of our trip. Manager there sent us on a day trip to Lost Dutchman State Park and a nearby Ghost Town - kids had a blast! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub our last night there!
