Just 15 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, Fountain Hills provides a more dynamic landscape. Craggy red rock hills, saguaro cacti, rolling hills, and mountains provide a beautiful vista from your full-acre backyard. Relax in your private pool, looking out to Red Mountain to the East, and the 4 Peaks to the North East. The Baja Bench in the pool provides a great soaking spot in the warm Arizona Sun. The Pool Table room is connected to the pool deck and provides a fun rendezvous from the sun. A bar, workstation, pool table, TV and surround sound system await you. To the west of the Pool Table is the home's namesake: the private movie theater. A 4K projector, individual recliners, popcorn machine, hot dog roller, bar fridge, and wine cooler await here. The 200" plus screen provides the perfect place to watch the game, your favorite show, or movie. The completely separate Casita is perfect for the members of your group that want a bit more privacy. The main home is everything you would want in a super high-end vacation rental. A large circle driveway provides plenty of off-street parking and easy access to the home. The expansive main level features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A high-end kitchen with island, breakfast bar and 2 dining rooms await for all your dining needs. There are 2 separate living rooms and a dedicated bar for entertaining. In addition to the main fridge, there is a large wine cooler, and 2 separate cooling drawers in the island. The chef's kitchen has everything you would need to make a nice meal. Just out the kitchen door is a large grill, and an additional outdoor refrigerator. An outdoor bar with stools provides extra seating. There are an almost infinite number of entertaining areas at the home. The main living room off the kitchen has a full 5.1 surround sound system. The main home has a Sonos whole-home audio system. The enormous master suite has a king size bed, 70" TV, separate vanities, water closet, and one of the larger, more well-appointed closets you have seen. Moving downstairs you'll find the pool room, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and the private gym. The gym features a treadmill, weight machine, air bike, weights, a large TV, and an interconnected Sonos sound system.
Fountain Hills provides all the amenities you need, while still giving a bit of a smaller town vibe. The famous Fountain that is the town's namesake shoots up to 560 ft. every hour on the hour from 9 am to 9 pm. You can see the Fountain from many places in the town, and the downtown area provides several shops and restaurants in direct view of the Fountain. A world-class disc golf course surrounds the Fountain, as well as a great walking art path, dog walking area, and more. Grab lunch or dinner at one of the great local restaurants, watch the Fountain, and go golfing at one of the multiple golf courses in the area. Scottsdale is just a short 10-20 minute drive and gives access to Westworld, home of Barrett Jackson, and downtown Scottdale; with world-class dining and shopping. The Phoenix International airport is just 20 minutes away from your home. The Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals play within a short drive on your rental.
While we love children, this home has some unique items to be aware of. There are multiple staircases and doors that open to the pool deck, where there are not railings. The pool and hot tub are accessed directly from the living room and pool room. If you want to bring children, a waiver will be required. By renting the home, you release the rental company and all associated property owners from any and all liability.
Please note that there are a few owner lock off areas on the home. The garages are locked for owner use only. As well as a linen closet and pantry. The home is large and expansive, so you probably won't even notice.
By renting this home, you agree to all house rules and agree to pay all fines that may be assessed.
A picture ID and photo of credit card are required for all bookings. Bookings nearby may be subject to additional verification to avoid any parties or gatherings.
Please note that there is a ring doorbell that records video at the entry to the home. There is also a noise monitor installed at the home.
No parties are allowed at the home, and there are noise restrictions for the area. This is a nice neighborhood, with several full-time residents. We ask that you please respect your neighbors and refrain from loud music or loud get-togethers on the pool deck. Noise ordinances start at 9 PM each night and are strictly enforced by management and the police. Any noise complaints will result in a $1000 fine per report. The noise monitor will alert you if you exceed the noise limits at any time. A second alert will result in a $250 fine. Each subsequent noise alert will result in an additional $250 fine. Any tampering with the noise monitor will result in a $1000 fine. If the police are called to the property, you agree to a $10,000 fine and you will be required to immediately vacate the property and forfeit the entire cost of your stay.
Because the home is often open to the outside, we are unable to accommodate smokers. No smoking is allowed in the home, on the patios or decks, in or around the garage, or on the lot itself. Smokers must be at least 250 ft from the home, completely off the property, and in public areas off property. This includes e-cigarettes and any product that produces smoke or vapor. There will be a $500 fine if the home smells of smoke or vapor on departure and if any cigarette butts or smoking paraphernalia are found on departure.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to our credit card processing fee of 3%. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% penalty. If booking through a 3rd party vendor (Airbnb, VRBO) we will honor the cancellation policy on those sites.
