Really enjoyed our stay. We loved the house and the location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids had a great time and really enjoyed the heated pool. Brendan and Shallon were very quick to respond and gave us some great recommendations.We would stay here again.

Everything about this rental was perfectly described in the listing. Shallon was helpful in suggestions and communicated in a timely manner. We used the pool and loved it. It was heated for our comfort which was good for the kids. The house was spacious, clean and close to many restaurants and parks. We had a very nice stay and would stay here again.

Awesome Host Near Everything in Phoenix

Shallow and Brendan were amazing host, they were very responsive and the house is well stocked to make you feel at home. The pool was clean and warm. I do wish there was a bigger TV in the master but there was so much to do it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

A great home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! One of the most well stocked vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. The location was really convenient to highways, grocery stores and activities. The neighborhood was wonderful and neighbors were really friendly. The communication between the hosts and myself was excellent. We will definitely book again!

Perfect home for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was just as listed,very clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was important for us to find a home that allowed dogs and this one did. Not only did they provide a wonderful home for us to bring our two mini labradoodles, but they had such a nice, comfortable backyard to enjoy and relax in. We spent much of our stay in the backyard as the kids loved the heated pool, the dogs could move freely on the grassy yard, the high, solid fence gave us privacy and the comfortable patio and deck gave us a place to relax, and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was just what we were looking for when heading to Phoenix for spring break with our family!The home was comfortable. We enjoyed time in the open kitchen/family room. We had room to play games and cards, watch tv, play air hockey and darts. There was lots provided here. Our granddaughter even read some of the books that were there. I felt like the owners gave us lots of things to entertain a family. There were 3 bedrooms and all were comfortable. A comfortable bed with nice bedding really makes a big difference!The owners were great to work with, always communicated quickly. They made us feel special. I hope we can stay again next year!

Stayed for one week in March 2025

Very nice clean well taken care of home with all the amenities including a heated pool. Seemed a quiet safe neighbourhood and location was great. We were a large group of 8 including two small children and the home was very comfortable for all of us, kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The hosts were very approachable and accommodating which was really appreciated, we would book again which I think says it all.

Wonderful Experience

The house was exactly as described. Clean, very well furnished and in an ideal location. The hosts were VERY responsive to our needs. We encountered an unavoidable issue with the swimming pool and they worked tirelessly to (successfully resolve the issue. Highly recommend the property.

A wonderful, clean house

My family stayed at this house over Christmas. It was lovely. The house is the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in, the kitchen is very well organized and stocked, the AC worked well, and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. It was a great place for Christmas with the family, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

What a great short get away, this house is everything and more. Beautiful clean well taken care of home with all the amenities including a heated pool, dart board and air hockey. Our teenager had a blast swimming, hanging out by the pool and playing games. The neighborhood was quiet and well established. The Kitchen was well stocked and had everything to make meals to enjoy a quiet night in. Bathrooms were nicely stocked as well. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. We have nothing but great things to say about this home and can’t wait to stay here again. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. House is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for the wonderful relaxing stay, it was just the reset we needed.

Great Stay in Scottsdale!

Beautiful home and wonderful owners who will have everything you could ever need! They are great at communicating via text. My teens loved the darts and air hockey! Pool is great! Will definitely stay here again when we return!

Phoenix house

The house was as expected and Brendan and Shallon were extremely kind enough to allow us to get in a few hours earlier than originally planned. Even coming to the house to change the code so we could. Shallon gave us recommendations on a nice Railroad Park to take our grandson to visit. We all enjoyed it. The only downside was the temperature of the pool. Although it was heated to 76 degrees, it was not warm enough for the March temps to get into and enjoy. Only our son-in-law was brave enough to jump in after basking the sun. All in all, it was a good stay. We appreciated the big kitchen and nice grill. We enjoyed being together.

Medical trip to Phoenix

We stayed at this property for seven weeks and had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the area and the house had everything we needed. The owners were very good to us. They made us and our two small pups feel very welcome, and responded quickly to any of our needs. The heated pool was at a great temperature and we swam every day. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and cozy house. The owners are easy to communicate with and VERY accommodating. Pool and grownds were in top shape! If you are in phoenix, this place is a perfect stay!

This property was centrally located, super clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed! Communication with the owner was the best we've ever had -- we especially loved the personal handwritten note left with a bottle of wine for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Simple Pleasures

From sunrise to sunset there is always a sunny space in the backyard oasis by the pool with a view of palm trees cactus and orange trees that makes it truly relaxing and enjoyable to just be here with family and friends. In the evening the BBQ and covered patio makes for the perfect outdoor evening and if it gets too cool by the pool, indoors has a relaxing kitchen/living room combo for watching the big games and a huge value add for kids of all ages with the games room at the entry/living room featuring Air Hockey, Darts a yoga mat and board games. They really have thought of everything a family could want in a space to call home away from home. The neighbourhood offers lots of opportunity for a variety of morning and evening walks and is close to major routes that take you to a wide array of shopping and entertainment in the area; West to the fun of Talking Stick entertainment area for some Cactus League baseball or Top Golf, South to downtown Phoenix and an NHL or NBA game and North to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon, and any number of golf courses in the area. Shallon and Brendan, our hosts, were consistently in contact and very accessible and the house had so many supplies already in place we only needed to supplement for our own use here and there along the way. Beds, couches and outdoor seating were super comfortable and plentiful for family and guests. All in all a wonderful environment for family and friends to enjoy together! Thank you !

Phoenix Clearview

We came to Phoenix to spend time with our older kids and their families . Clearview was perfect for our family we had 2 teens and a 10 year old with us . The pool was just right and the house was warm and cozy . It was so easy to communicate with Shallon I felt like we were truly her guests . Driving was easy to get to interstate and we were close to our daughter . The only issue I had was direct tv . Although all the directions were there for us . I just don't get direct tv so no big issue . I will definitely refer my friends and we will definitely be back when we come back
