To keep our property in tip-top shape for your enjoyment, our trusted maintenance crew (pool cleaners, landscapers, pest control) may swing by during your stay. They’ll stay outside and won’t enter the home without your permission.

See-Through Pool Fence
Per new City of Scottsdale regulations, a see-through safety fence surrounds the pool. It won’t block your views but ensures everyone’s safety!

Parking is available on the driveway - the garage is not available for guest use.

There are security cameras in the front (doorbell and front driveway), side yards, and backyard - covering the full back yard including pool and hot tub.
