family reunions, milestone celebrations, and Arizona getaways.



The backyard is the centerpiece of the property, featuring a private pool, hot

tub, fire pit, and generous outdoor seating and dining space. Whether you are

unwinding after a Cardinals game, celebrating a special occasion, or simply

enjoying the Arizona sunshine, the resort-style outdoor space delivers a

resort experience in a private setting.

Inside, the game room is stocked with a full-size pool table, shuffleboard,

and arcade games, making it a standout feature for groups looking for on-site

entertainment. The Heritage Room serves as a cozy library and lounge with

books and board games and also features a queen-size Murphy bed for additional

sleeping flexibility. The living room is open and comfortable, with ample

seating for the full group. The fully equipped kitchen includes a countertop

ice maker and all the tools needed to prepare meals for large gatherings.

**House Rules**



* Minimum age to book: 25 years.

* Dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per stay (maximum 2 dogs; no cats or other pets).

* Please report any damages that occur during the stay

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

* If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

* No parties, events, or large gatherings.

* Smoking is permitted outside only.

* Security cameras are located at the front door exterior, backyard exterior, garage, and laundry room; cameras covering the hot tub and garage include privacy covers for guest use.
