This pristine home boasts a ranch-style interior that has been recently updated and features an open-concept layout. Spend blissful days in the sunny outdoor space, appointed with a private seasonal (not heated) pebble pool, a gas grill, and covered outdoor area.

Anthem is a short 35 minute drive from the Sky Harbor Phoenix Airport, 30 minutes from Scottsdale, 15 minutes away from MLB spring training in Peoria and a short 15 minute drive to Happy Valley for more restaurants, movie theater and shopping. There are over 25 golf courses within 30 minutes. Whether you are here for lakes or mountains, Anthem is just 15 minutes from Lake Pleasant for water skiing, or 1.5 hours from Flagstaff for boarding and snow skiing. Off I-17 you are a short drive from Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

When you stay at this single-level home, shared amenities include walking/biking trails, basketball, playgrounds and more. Relax for movie nights on the flat-screen TV in the living area. An indoor electric fireplace sets the mood for cozy nights in. The provided children’s games and board games guarantee extra fun for the whole family. To have full access to the Anthem community center there is an additional fee of $90 for a 90 day pass for up to two people. This is optional if guests wish to enjoy full access to the community center pool, gyms, tennis, pickle ball and seasonal water slides.

It is a great place to stay, fully equipped kitchen, great location convenient to explore all of Az. A very quiet neighborhood and plenty of shopping nearby. The beds are extremely comfortable. The hosts were very helpful It definitely is a home away from home

The hosts are super, the home is comfortable the moment you step in the door, beds are comfortable, soft linens and towels, all the amenities of home, kitchen was very well stocked with all the gadget you will need, wonderful to have a garage to use. And maybe the best is that the home was super clean! Great back yard and convenient to the interstate. Very wonderful property, we hope to return to this home again in the future. Enjoyed Our Stay

The property is very well maintained, well furnished, and very nicely stocked with all the essentials. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with many flowering shrubs and cacti which compliment a figure eight pool. This was our third consecutive March spent in Anthem. We find the area very convenient as well as being a good family community. Our hosts did a great job of communicating with us, and answered all our questions promptly. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Great Stay in Anthem

Outstanding hosts. Stayed for 42 days. Communication with owners was frequent and helpful. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything about the house was as depicted on the VRBO web site. Would definitely recommend this rental for anyone wanting to stay in the north Phoenix area.

A Delightful Stay

To begin, I would like to thank our hosts, Michelle and Michael for sharing their lovely home in the beautiful Anthem community. We have stayed in several VRBOS be-fore, but honestly this home was our favorite. By all indications, our hosts, take great pride in providing anything guests would need. Our stay felt more like a Bed and Breakfast and not just a rental. Upon arrival we were complimented with two glasses waiting to be filled with a delicious bottle of wine. A welcome feel was throughout the entire home. The kitchen was well organized and stocked. Other than food, we did not need to shop for anything. The laundry room was also well supplied. We were pleasantly surprised with toiletries in the baths. If you are a pickle ball enthusiast or a tennis player, the Anthem Recreational Center, 5-8 minutes away offered Open Play, reservations and a workout facility, pools, playground, etc. Lastly, Michelle and Michael kept the communication open. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond. They even text to see how things were going for us. We recommend this rental highly and would stay here again. A big thank you to our hosts. Your well thought out intentions made our stay a great one.

Just like staying at home

The house felt like home as everything you might need was already there! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and stocked up with all of the kitchen gadgets you would ever need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms nice and the living area just right to relax in. Most importantly, Michelle and Mike were great hosts, extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were having our house remodeled so stayed there for almost two months and they made that process much easier. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

Awesome experience!

This was perfect for our family size, all the kitchen basics were provided plus extras, even nice sharp knives! Plenty of drawers and closet space. All appliances were clean, newer, up to date, and functioned well. The tools available to us in the garage were perfect for what we needed. Nice size garage, very clean also! Even though we were unable to use the seasonal pool much, as we were there during the holidays… we loved the back yard in general, and spent lots of time just enjoying. The games and movies provided were just perfect for our family. The home owners are wonderful:)
