*Regarding the boat, let us know if you plan to use it. There is no extra fee but there is a refundable $500.00 deposit. If you plan to use it, we will send you a request thru the site and we will leave the keys on the boat.

Although the property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have Zero Tolerance party & event policy. The City of Glendale @ Arrowhead Lakes HOA takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

Any citations incurred if local authorities are dispatched will be the responsibility of the reservation holder, and the reservation holder and all guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refunds.
