This beautiful stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, an ideal retreat for your vacation! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, our property offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with various amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

Heated Pool: Take a dip in our beautiful heated pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Whether you want to relax or have a fun-filled time with family and friends, the pool is always ready for you.

*Heating the pool is optional
*Requesting the pool to be heated costs an additional $75 per night
*Guests must request pool to be heated for their stay by noon the day before check-in.
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 78-82 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is fenced

This is a super well-appointed, comfortable, clean place to stay with family and friends! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels of showers and pool, games,--you name it. Spending time pool side was equally great and there are many little micro-seating and lounging areas for folks to hang out together or apart. Richard, the manager, is fantastic: communicates exceedingly well, is flexible if he can be with regard to check-in and check-out, and super responsive to questions and issues. There was a bad rain storm while we were there that affected the water heater, and Richard got to it right away. Thumbs up on this property--we would totally stay here again!

Outstanding Accommodation

Lovely home conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Our host was easy to reach and responsive to all questions. Plenty of room for 4 of us with privacy and comfortable shared spaces. The backyard is amazing! We will certainly book this again on future visits to Scottsdale.

Perfect stay for our month in Scottsdale

We loved our stay at Montecito house. The home is unassuming but lovely and well appointed. Outside areas are awesome with a sheltered comfortable patio area with tv, a fire pit nearby, and a wonderful heated pool we used almost every day. Being so close to Old Town Scottsdale and the Greenway was very convenient. There were large TVs in every room together with surround-sound in the main living area. We found the neighborhood very quiet. Eat-in kitchen had all the necessities and the outside grill was great. Beds were very comfortable and there was ample storage space in all three bedrooms. The master suite had a walk-in closet and double sinks with drawers underneath. The master shower/toilet room was small but adequate. There is also a nice shaded patio area with seating in front of the house where we had our coffee every morning near a lemon tree. Richard the host was very helpful and responsive. We expect to be back for another stay next year.

Montecito House Scottsdale

The house was great! Perfect location to restaurants and bike trails and Old Town Scottsdale. So much room and all the beds were comfy. The host Richard was so nice and very accommodating to our needs. The pool was lovely and heated! We loved sitting around the firepit in the morning with our coffee. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Cozy place

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. This is a nice basic community and house, but very nicely cared for. Beautiful kitchen and sitting areas, with a modest sized backyard, but beautifully appointed. Providing snacks as we came in was a nice touch. We had a great time!

Perfect Long Weekend

Great property located in residential neighborhood not far from Old Town. Had all the amenities we needed in the house and backyard was perfect for lounging by the pool or fire pit. Only criticism I may have is the TV in living room was difficult to operate and we gave up.

Great Place Definitely A Future Trip Lister

Quick trip to ASU to drop off our daughter. The home took us by surprise, looks small from outside but definitely gave us all the space we needed. Very clean and well put together. Easy check-in, check-out and host was very responsive. There were even pet bowls, that was another added surprise. Our entire family enjoyed the stay all the way down to the dog. Great place to call a home away from home. This is definitely on our future stay list.
