This quiet Litchfield Park home offers the perfect landing pad for city adventure in Arizona. Bordered by Wigwam Golf Club and surrounded by a plethora of parks, restaurants, and shops - there is no lack of things to do! When you aren't enjoying a visit to the Wildlife World Zoo, Wigwam Resort and Golf Club, Aquarium & Safari Park, splash into the private pool. Ideal for visiting families, the Luke Air Force Base is also within quick driving distance.

Inside, well-appointed living quarters ensure everyone's comfort. The seating room is perfect for family game nights, whereas the living room is great for evening chats. Steps from here, the full kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a wine fridge. Dining is made just as easy under the glow of the formal dining table's chandelier. No matter what you are doing, stream your favorite tunes to set the mood via the Sonos Speaker System.

Off the primary bedroom, you'll love having access to a walk-in shower, full of tree-top views, and an extra-large vanity. With soft linens, warm wood finishes, and bohemian fixtures in each of the rooms, everyone is sure to be satisfied with their sleeping quarters. For remote workers, one of the rooms even has a comfortable workstation. Central air-conditioning, smart TVs, a garage fridge, a wet bar, and a private washer/dryer tie together the stellar list of interior amenities.

This home had everything we needed for a 3 night stay and there were great shops nearby and all options for food delivery. We did have gardeners turn up unannounced whilst the kids were about to go swimming but they were quick and the house rules do mention that might happen. Lots of space inside and a nice area out the back to sit.

Entire property was filthy. Rugs dirty and disintegrating. Dirty towels left in washing machine. Pool was inoperative and had been for months. First 2 weeks we experienced a parade of sewer plumbers, pipe plumbers, 3 different sets of electricians for pool and many inoperative electrical outlets and lights. Master bathroom was not useable for entire period due to poor lighting and shower smelled musty and grouting was missing. Only one small table lamp in each room and no overhead lights made whole house very dark. Kitchen microwave mounted so low over stove one could not easily reach burner controls when turned on and made it difficult to cook because you could not see into pots while cooking. Sunken front room was very dangerous at night due to inadequate lighting and a falling hazard. The house has been neglected and is in serious need of a major maintenance renovation. Broken and removed screens and sliding doors need a lot of work. In all my experiences with VRBO this place is my worst nightmare.

We stayed at this Vacasa property from 12/27 to 1/6, though we were originally booked through 1/31. We were forced to leave early due to serious plumbing failures that made the home unlivable.From the start, the master shower drained poorly — we stood in several inches of water every time we used it. We reported this on 12/30 along with other maintenance issues (the sticking front door, musty odor throughout the house, dirty pool, flickering entry light, corroded TV remote battery, refrigerator filter needing replacement, and absolutely no instructions for the sound system).By 1/4, the shower drainage had worsened significantly. Maintenance attempted a repair, but shortly after they left, the shower backed up with raw sewage (i.e., feces and toilet paper). This created an obvious health hazard and at that point, the property was unsafe for us to occupy.Vacasa was unable to provide a replacement home, leaving us no choice but to end our stay early. Despite this sewage backup and the unsafe conditions, we did not receive a full refund.This home may have potential, but serious maintenance failures — particularly the sewage/plumbing problem — are unacceptable and pose clear health and safety risks.

Wonderful place to stay

After one tiny hiccup, that was taken care of quickly, we had a wonderful stay. Kitchen well stocked(except for any spices, would be nice to have a small amt like s&p, garlic salt, cinnamon…), there was small amt of aluminum foil but plenty of baggies. Plenty of towels, linens, extra blankets, pillows…need 2-3 dish rags though and maybe a hot pad or 2. Would love to stay again sometime. Super convenient to restaurants, shops and groceries. Nice and quiet neighborhood lovely to walk in and close to a park for our grandchildren

No hot water

There was no hot water in the master bedroom. I notified the company right away and they said they would send someone over. I imagine they never came because we never had hot water. Very disappointing. I feel we should be refunded or a credit.
