Golfers Paradise in Fountain Hills

Perfect for groups looking for the best views and location you can find in Fountain Hills! This beautiful home is situated on over two acres of desert, no homes next door so privacy at its finest. 14 foot ceilings and a wall of windows in the living room give you a panoramic view of the city and the famous fountain. Off of the living room there is a pool table with a reading nook and a half bath. The main part of the house boasts a gourmet kitchen , large table for dining together and eat in kitchen top seating. An additional half bath is also on this main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with their own living room that also has a king sized Murphy bed. Down a few steps there is a whole Casita! There is one bedroom with a California king bed, bathroom, another living room with a queen sized Murphy bed and a kitchenette. Take a step outside and there is a pool (heated upon request prior to rental for an additional fee) perfect for enjoying our mild Arizona winters, 8 person hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and access to the full gym! The gym even includes a sauna! Every bedroom has it's own television with digital cable and WiFi throughout the property. Perfect getaway to truly enjoy the beauty and activities Fountain Hills is famous for!

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras and is monitored full time for the safety of the guests and home.

This property is clean and gorgeous. It feels very secluded, even though it is close to everything you may need in town. The hot tub was a nice amenity to enjoy in the morning before the weather turned too hot. My husband did struggle with the small bathroom and low platform bed in the casita room, but we stayed in there anyway as it was the only king bed. Overall we felt very special staying at this unique house with its beautiful sweeping sunrise views.

Great Stay

The house was great, pool was cold but so was the weather. Bedrooms are serviceable but I wouldn't want more that 2 couples due to the bathrooms, with kids it would be no big deal. Overall it was a great house.

Perfect girls weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property (7 30-somethings). It had every amenity we needed, and more that we didn't even have time to take advantage of. The house is incredibly spacious with three full living rooms to enjoy, plenty of bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The views are beautiful and the location was great for both hiking and heading into downtown Scottsdale. The photos don't do this place justice.

Home was clean, pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay!! Amazing views. Only bad thing I can say about our stay is upstairs bathroom doors were hard to open and shut and the screen door on upstairs balcony was also hard to open and shut. Communication with owner was nice and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous

What a wonderful home to enjoy a great mix of relaxation and fun during our family vacation. The location of the home with its views and neighborhood is phenomenal. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking and entertaining. The pool table, gym and hot tub were great amenities that were used heavily during our week of cooler than normal weather while visiting. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home.

Amazing location & home

Fountain Hills is a beautiful location & this home captures the views & neighborhood perfectly. This home worked out great for my husband & I and our son his girlfriend. Pool area is awesome, plenty of space, maybe even too much. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking & cute golf course within walking distance.

We're Watching You

Outstanding home with outstanding pool/patio views. Beds are very uncomfortable and all bedrooms have no views of the valley. As listed, there's cameras everywhere and felt like our privacy was violated. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Neighborhood was very safe and great for morning walks. TV with some type of satellite connection would be better than the apps. Local news or ESPN would've been a great extra value.

Great home & location but a few cleanliness and functional issues

Upon arrival everything looked great but when we put on the available robes to hot tub, one still had a lighter in the pocket so it clearly hadn’t been washed and left us wondering what else had been missed/skipped. That night we found that the pool and surrounding lights weren’t working. The next morning we went down to the gym and the total gym was not at all functional. By day 3 the hot tub was cloudy so we let management know and they said it was supposed to be serviced before we got there but the appointment was missed due to a miscommunication. The pool company came out the next day to address it but the 4 of us that had been in the hot tub ALL woke up with hot tub rash, which was extremely itchy and uncomfortable and lasted about a week. Needless to say, we did not use the hot tub the rest of our stay and it was still cloudy when we left. Before writing this review, I let management know and tried to give them the opportunity to reconcile since some of these issues could and should have been avoided. Unfortunately, their response was about the boxes they checked to fix it after the fact, rather than being apologetic and customer service oriented. So sad because this really is a beautiful home and an attempt at better customer service from a management company (that’s in the hospitality business) would have gone a long way.

Beautiful view/Misrepresented space

We chose this property to spend time as a family over Christmas. We, our four adult children and my husband and myself all flew into AZ enjoy the holidays. The view was amazing and we loved the location of the home. However, there are NOT 4 bedrooms available. Upon receiving our check in information the day before we arrived we were informed "Past the living room is the owners wing which is locked, it was not advertised with pictures or that portions of square footage" Please note that this wing is also the Master Bedroom/Suite. I have never rented an entire house as listed and not had access to the master bedroom. We were only allotted three bedrooms. Two queens connected by a jack/jill bathroom for three of our kids and our other child had the Murphy bed in the living room. My husband and I felt like quests in the home we rented as we stayed in the back bedroom/casita with a bathroom only big enough for one person, no larger than a small closet. The bedroom had a small window to the driveway, no view. Please note the bathrooms; there are two full and 2 powder rooms. I had reached out to Kathryn with our displeasure and we received no response. We did enjoy our time together and had plenty of fun in the home, however it was misrepresented.

Good location, very private.

Convenient location and great views. House is beautiful and well equipped, but has many stairs and awkward door to patio/pool area. Several large TVs and excellent wifi service. Access to 2 garage stalls is useful, but the driveway is tight and difficult to turn around large vehicle. Property manager, Kayt, was very good to deal with, quick and effective to address issues.
