  • Easy access first floor two-bedroom with no step or stairs; steps away from the pool/sauna and workout facility, all in the same location. Granite countertops (kitchen and bathrooms), full appliances, professional high efficiency washer/dryer, new flat screen SMART TV’s (50” flat screen TV in living room, 46” flat screen in master bedroom, flat screen in 2nd bedroom-ALL SMART TV’s) fully furnished (leather sectional couch, dining table with four leather chairs, kitchen granite counter bar with two adjustable leather bar stools. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom which includes carpeting in both bedrooms, two full bathrooms with granite countertops and vessel sinks, living room, dining area, full kitchen, walk-in closet in master and two closets in second bedroom, separate room for laundry located just outside the kitchen which includes high efficiency washer and dryer. Walkout patio that includes a new glass table and chairs for four overlooking desert (Arroyo) and view of Redrock and McDowell mountains. High Speed Wireless internet. Renters have access to shared heated pool (pool thermostat is set at 86 degrees starting in October and throughout the entire winter!), sauna and workout facility steps away from our condo; pool rafts are available in condo. Stainless steel ceiling fans/lights in the living room, patio, master bedroom and second bedroom.

    Condo is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating.

    Fully equipped with all kitchen, bathing, bedding needs and pool towels, ready for full time or short-term renting needs.

    Disclaimer: There is a Utility charge for renters staying one month or longer that is determined by renter usage and will be charged through credit card on file in VRBO profile account of renter.

Tim was great to work with. The condo is nice and it is handy having the covered parking right outside the door. The heated pool is great and the other residents are very welcoming. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again when we come back to town

Nice location. Condo was clean and had a nice layout. We did block off the corners of the kitchen counter because they're the right height for kids to walk into. Pool and hot tub were both clean and working. There were enough trees by the pool to provide shade somewhere in the water pretty much all the time. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot.

Holiday family visit

The property was as advertised and Tim was great to work with. The property is clean and quiet and the pool was fabulous. Close to great restaurants and the fountain. Would definitely stay here in the future if it is available.

Property as advertised

Stayed for a few weeks. The condo was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely rent this and his other unit in the condominium complex again.

Nicely updated unit

Stayed for 2 weeks in February. Well located-a short drive to the fountain area and to the grocery store. Nice view of Red Mountain from the balcony. Informed the owner about some areas that could have been more thoroughly cleaned and he apologized and said he would alert the cleaning people. Beautiful washer and dryer that were much appreciated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Visit to our old home town

We are past FH residents who rented this condo for 3 1/2 weeks in Jan/Feb. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked, nice amenities. The location is great, close to everything we needed. Lovely views from the back of the complex - and Red Rock from the unit. Hiking trails in the McDowells are better than ever - new trails, spectacular views and very well marked & maintained. Would love to rent again. Thank you, Tim!

The Condo Apt was Nicely Furnished and Excellent Location A few Furnishings were In Fair Condition:One Dresser Drawer was Broken?2 Blinds were Missing?King Bed Mattress needs ReplacingCan Be Better Prepprd for Ovcupancy ! I would consider renting again if unit was more thoughtfully prepared

Little Fountain

Tim was great to work with. No dramas with the process and he was very responsive. Condo units in Little Fountain are aged and although our unit had some remodeling further upgrades would improve the experience. The grounds and pool area are very clean. Unfortunately with the cold weather we didn’t use the pool.

Just steps from covered parking spot into unit. Convenient location.The unit is old: comforter, pillows, pillow protectors, blankets, towels, pots 'n pans, baking sheet, dishes, throw rugs, and coffee maker were heavily-used, some with stains. Plastic bowls for cereal. Coffee mugs had stains.Not sure the throw rugs have ever been cleaned.Couch and king bed were comfortable. Patio chairs were comfortable and view from patio: the side was lovely but view straight ahead is into another unit's kitchen.Easily hear footsteps upstairs and voices echo outside as we sat on patio. Road noise during daytime significant.The bedroom carpet is not new, in fact, well worn. Vertical blinds in living room and bedroom missing slats. We had to tape slats to eliminate light.Kitchen was well stocked. Showers and bathroom countertop clean. Decorator touches looked nice.Owner requires signature of a legal document stating you are not a squatter which had to be handled via text: it is my understanding that VRBO messaging is the only way we should communicate with owners so as to protect our privacy. I found text messages from owner to be invasive and inappropriate.Fountain Hills is an amazing community with lots to do, which we greatly enjoyed.

The host did a great job of answering my questions. The unit was very clean and close to the pool and exercise room along with a view of the desert. Parking was available right in front of the unit. The other people that were there whether owners or renters were friendly. The pool area was never crowded. Loved seeing a few javelinas and hearing the coyotes at night since this resort is on the desert edge.
