Private retreat with gym, hot tub, pool & playroom

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. There is a large, quiet backyard with private pool, hot tub and mountain view. The pool fence allows for peace of mind for little ones and our furry family members.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, near the end of the cul de sac. This is a safe neighborhood, close to all major freeways and great restaurants. This space is great for families or couples.

Our home is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. We have a queen size blow up air mattress for added space for sleeping. Please note our pool is not heated and can become unusable during the colder months.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with TV, ensuite master bathroom, closet, workspace and backyard access
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with TV and closet
Bedroom 3: 1 twin bed, kids books and closet

GYM & PLAYROOM:
The garage has been converted into a gym/playroom combo. The floor has gym padding underneath large area rugs. The garage is fully insulated and has a window AC unit. Two windows and garage windows allow for great views and natural lighting. Although the garage is insulated this is still a garage with a garage door. The space cools to 78-80 in Summer with the window AC and is comfortable in all other seasons. Fans and space heater are available as well.

INTERIOR
This home features a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, private gym, and playroom. The open kitchen is complete with center island, coffee station, and has been fully stocked with your comfort in mind. The in-unit washer & dryer is stocked with Tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. Wood burning fireplace for decor only.

BACKYARD
This home includes a non-heated pool and hot tub. The backyard retreat features a lemon tree, fig tree, large mature plants for privacy, lounge chairs, grill, umbrella, covered awning and mountain view.

You will have access to the entire house and backyard. We offer 24/7 self check-in with a Keypad lock for easy access to the home. You will be sent check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival with unique entry code and digital guidebook that includes pertinent information about the home.

Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.

Pool service is provided every week Tues or Wednesday. Yard service is provided biweekly on Thursday, and pest control is bi-monthly. For stays longer than 5 days, hot tub service will also be provided. Service provider will let themself in the side gate.

Place used towels on bathroom floor or in laundry basket. Wash any dirty dishes or place in dishwasher and start cycle.
Please dispose of open food items. Turn off garage AC/mini heater. AC: set back to 80 / Heat: set back to 68.
Close any open windows and lock back doors and front door (not security door). Turn porch light on.

Great space, nice location

I booked this rental after seeing the kid's playroom/gym. Traveling with a 4 year old, I knew he would love the space and he spent majority of his time in there, the other time he was in the pool. It was a little chilly but he didn't care. Outdoor space was great, we used the grill one night. Hot tub was good. House was clean. Wifi was good. Location was near grocery stores and other retailers. We spent one day at Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale and did a few of the attractions there. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved It

The host was gracious enough to leave me a gift and a note for my graduation. I thought that was sweet! the home was spacious. My husband said it was better than staying in a hotel and wished we could stay for a week. the rest of my family enjoyed the stay Those that did not make it truly missed a treat. I would do this again.
