The Pointe Resort is a gated, resort style community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles from downtown or the airport. You will Be happy you chose to stay in this Large updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath home away from home 2nd floor unit. Master Bedroom with king bed & large master bath and closet. 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds, large closet and washroom just outside the door with privacy wall between the living room. This layout provides the ideal floorplan for privacy, enjoy it with your family, or share between Two Couples. Sony PlayStation in second bedroom and DVR with full cable package on large TV in every room. This unit is Perfectly located just out the front door and down the stairs to the largest of Three Swimming Pools. Choose any one of the complexes three separate pool areas situated to enjoy either morning sun or gorgeous pink Phoenix sunsets, plenty of lounge seating and shaded areas to choose from. You will also Love relaxing on your huge private shaded deck with a cold drink, endless refills from the ice maker, and the spectacular mountain views. Expect No hassle check in with entry code and Free Premium Parking. Your vacation condo will always be Professionally cleaned and disinfected to CDC standards before your arrival.
Create fantastic meals with ease from your fully equipped kitchen or you might just choose to grill your lunch poolside. All pools and spas are meticulously cleaned, temperature-controlled and each with gas bbq grills. You may also decide to use the supplied rackets and balls at the on-site tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up that completely outfitted kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the great golf courses, night life, restaurants, old town Scottsdale with its arts centered charm. You are also within a few hours driving distance to unforgettable Sedona, the amazing Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Everything was very good. Hot tubs and pools were excellent. Condo had everything we needed to make our vaction an excellent time.

This was the worse Vrbo stay I’ve ever had. The condo was far from clean. There was dust everywhere. Both showers were filled with mold. The floors were so dirty my socks/feet were black. There was grime all over all of the cabinets. Food crumbs on the floor of the kitchen. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Only 3 pillows had actual pillow cases and the rest were bare with no pillow cases to be found. My pillow had a blood stain. We had to leave early from a terrible allergic reaction to the mold. My husband and I woke up with sinus headaches, itchy eyes, runny noses, and were feeling sick. We could not stay due to health concerns. As soon as we got out of the mold ridden environment, we felt better. I contacted Vrbo and the host for a refund. Vrbo offered a refund for half the stay and left the rest up to the host. The host has not responded to either Vrbo nor my request for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We spent a week in Arizona for baseball spring training and a little sunshine. This was the perfect spot! Centrally located, gated, quiet, and well taken care of. The condo is well appointed, steps away from a beautiful pool, and communication with the owner was superb. The condo was clean, stocked with just about anything you need, comfortable bed, and felt like home. We used the BBQ area several times and enjoyed visiting with other guests around the pool - all very friendly. We will definitely return.

Instructions for getting into the condo were clear and complete. Accommodations were great and proximity to the pool and hot tub were outstanding. It was fortunate that the pool was heated as our weather was a bit cool (high temps in the 60s) the first several days. Our only trouble was with parking. The spaces are very tight and posts in the car ports made it difficult to park and get out of the car after parking. The condo itself was well laid out and well supplied for cooking and making meals. Ice and water dispensers in refrigerator were welcomed and appreciated! Condo was clean and well kept.

This poolside condo is perfect for a week or month stay or longer! The condo is spacious and well maintained with everything you need to relax and enjoy time away from home. We enjoyed walking to the nearby North mountains for morning hikes and heading to the pool and hot tub. This rental has all the amenities covered. Matt and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions. We would love to return!

Kitchen was excellently equipped for making full meals if you like. Very quiet complex, even with the proximity to the pool and hot tub. Great East-facing balcony for sunrise and afternoons in the shade. Hosts were super responsive and available for questions. Woukd return in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was exactly as advertised and the host instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The pool and hot tub are right outside the unit and the pool was nicely heated in the “winter”. The host even left us with bottled water which was nice. Would stay there again.

Such a great stay! The condo has everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a week you will be set to go. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening after a day of hiking (or shopping). Great communication with our hosts. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend. Great communication from the host and detailed instructions. The condo is clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The complex is very quiet. I loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it is located just steps away. The gated entrance gave us piece of mind since the surrounding area felt a bit scetchy, especially at night. We would have loved if shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. It's nice to have a reserved parking spot, yet it is very tight. Besides that, we had all we needed and would recommend staying here. It is conveniently located within 20 minutes of so many great places in Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Lisa was so wonderful host!! with allowing us to check in early with us arriving into AZ at 5:45 in the morning. With a very minimal charge. We were down there for medical reasons and it literally was a mile and a half from the surgery/hospital.. I recommend this property to anybody needing to stay in this area. I also enjoyed the outside got exercised by walking the complex great swimming pool pools in Jacuzzi and outdoor area areas.. thanks CC

Will be returning!

Nice to be out of the way yet close to what we might need. The pool area was amazing and the other guests/residents are so nice. The condo was very clean and well kept. We walked to the North Mountain Park Trail with no concerns of safety issues. Will be looking to book again for a fall return!

Great Place To Stay in North Mountain Arizona

I had a really enjoyable six weeks at Matt and Lisa's condo. Friendly, well-kept complex, wonderful heated pool just outside the door, comfortably furnished condo with everything I needed for a long stay. The owners quickly attend to any issues.
