We are centrally located in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!
Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse just steps away, offering a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating, umbrella tables and outdoor shuffle board! Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table, fitness room with locker area, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities and entertainment when you want to explore Sunny Scottsdale! Public transportation is just around the corner. We are only blocks away from Fashion Square Mall and countless unique tourist friendly shopping, hundreds of top notch restaurants and beautiful resorts! Surrounded by an extraordinary night life of distinct clubs, bars and Live Music of all kinds!! Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet
The property has the following sleeping arrangement:
1 King Bed in Master Bedroom
1 Full/Double Bed in Guest Bedroom

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Enjoyable stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Marsha is very organized with printed directions describing all aspects of the stay, from checking in and out to internet directions which was very helpful. She responded to my questions promptly. The condo was well supplied and and clean. The location was terrific and close to restaurants and shopping. The shower in the master bath was slightly sunken which worked for me. My wife has Parkinson’s and is 78 years old, but we she managed to use it with help from me. The weather was great. All and all we enjoyed our stay very much.

9 Day Stay for MSBL Tournament

Our stay was amazing. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, situated in gated community with a wonderful swimming pool and spa. Marsha was a great host, helped us get there and provided everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. We hope to return next year.

no options for rescheduling or canceling is a primary reason people choose hotels over VRBOs

Clean, safe space, but we wanted to cancel or reschedule due to a death in the family and the management would only offer half our money back (from a 12-day rental, so that’s a large amount of money to just give up for nothing). We also rent out one of our homes, and frankly this kind of management practice is a primary reason people choose hotels over vrbos.

Great place, great neighborhood, perfect location

I have stayed here twice for over a month each time. It is spacious, I a wonderful small gated community with a pool and hot-tub for the community to enjoy. Great place for a dog as there is room to run in the enclosed patio and a number of residents walk their dogs around the community. Friendly people, Grapefruit tree in the back yard. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and to many good restaurants and Happy Hours. I just loved it!

Great location; just what we needed

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and were very happy with the location, garage and yard for our dog and sipping coffee in the morning. Thr kitchen was fully stocked and there was lots of closet and drawer space. Management was responsive, and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Cozy home close to shopping

This lovely house will make you feel very comfortable during your stay near Phoenix. The chef's kitchen has wonderful appliances and amenities, the back patio is perfect for al fresco dining, and the entire home is warm, inviting, and well appointed. The neighborhood is safe, with plenty of shops, services, and restaurants. Do explore Old Scottsdale, reminiscent of a town in many cowboy movies. Marsha, Paige, Morgan, and the team were caring, patient hosts, and worked with me when the pool and jacuzzi were not available as advertised. I would be happy to stay at one of their properties.
