Before your stay, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification and choose one of the following options:



Option A: Damage Waiver – $45 (non-refundable) + transaction fee



Option B: Security Deposit – $450 (refundable) + transaction fee

Refund is processed within 5–10 business days after checkout.

Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control.



In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this.



We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.
