"The Signature" Luxury Resort! Beautiful Scottsdale condo ~McDowell Mountain

This beautiful condo has been recently updated and has a pristine location and views of lush gardens, palm trees, and winding manicured walkways. (You will not be looking at a parking lot or busy streets from our unit)- Our unit has a splendid view of the large outdoor clubhouse pool. We are located in one of the nicest and well cared for communities, which has a rare layout with two master suites. This split floor plan with 1,200 square feet is steps to one of the two heated pools with hot tub. The community features high-end BBQ gas grills, a modern fitness center, sauna & steam room, and a beautiful clubhouse.

Bedrooms feature a luxury King and two luxury full-size beds in the second bedroom. The en-suite baths feature a tub/ shower combo, and the master bedroom bath has a large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have brand new "ADA" commodes. The unit has three flat-screen HDTVs, Premium Cable &
WI-Fi. The kitchen has granite counters, more modern stainless appliances, a new full-sized washer, and dryer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a Mr. Coffee machine. Newer wood laminate floors. The dining table seats four​ and the breakfast bar seats 3, with great views of courtyard walkways and meticulously maintained pool. The large covered balcony faces a shady South exposure with tree-top views of lush green landscape. We are an end unit, very private, and no one above you. Extra quiet!

Walking distance to excellent neighborhood restaurants, markets, coffee houses, salons & parks. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve is steps away for hiking and biking. Also McDowell Mountain Ranch Park Aquatic Center & Golf Course, Short drive to Spring Training Baseball Stadiums, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, Casinos & dozens of nearby amenities and attractions that Scottsdale has to offer, including the Musical Instrument Museum. Excellent​ dining shopping and entertainment at nearby Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, (splendid shopping) City North & Desert Ridge. My wife and I stayed four nights. This condo is extremely well appointed and nicely updated. Very clean! The location is perfect and centrally located to everything. Beautiful experience

Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

A Scottsdale Gem

This was such a lovely place to stay! The unit itself was fantastic. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the living space was comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening hours. It was steps away from the pool and outdoor grill area which we took full advantage of. Another highlight was being close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS with very little drive time (a 2 minute drive). We look forward to enjoying this unit on another trip. The communication with the owner was fantastic as well. Truly top notch!

A real "vacation resort" experience

I have stayed at this unit twice before- and love it. The location of the unit is very close to parking; you can walk to AJ's in 3 minutes, which also has Flo's restaurant and Starbucks in the same mall! The unit has a great Scottsdale "vibe" with the artwork and decor; it's always very clean and well stocked in the kitchen- the balcony overlooks "tree top" palm trees with the large outdoor pool and fitness center in view. This is an end unit, so quiet and has excellent natural light.

Amazing Scottsdale Summer Vacation

Sunshine stay

I’ve stayed at this complex 3 or 4 times in the past. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and access to freeways. The community pool and activity area are a 1 minute walk from the condo and parking is handy. The condo itself is clean and well stocked.The master bathroom is by far the nicest of any other condos that I’ve stayed in the complex. The owner Fay was available if I had a question and the check in/ check out was easy. I will undoubtedly stay here during my future trips to Scottsdale. Thanks

Worked perfectly

This condo worked perfectly for us. It is well-furnished, thoughtfully arranged, and is well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and the pool is a very short walk. We cooked all our meals in the condo, and found the kitchen well-stocked.

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. Looking forward to staying here again if/when we are back in the Scottsdale area!
