    Look no further! You have found the perfect vacation or getaway. Located close to State Farm Stadium only 4 miles, 5 Spring Training stadiums, Phoenix Raceway (NASCAR), and Westgate Entertainment District.

    Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather and relax in the great outdoor living space including covered patio, dining area, new BBQ, covered Cabana, and private pool (heated upon request from October to April).

    The Property:
    Private pool, no fee to heat the pool / Free WiFI for streaming/ 2,058 sq. ft. Perfect location in the suburbs of Phoenix near I-10 and 101Fwy. This home is a great vacation spot for families.

    Sleeping Areas:
    Bedroom 1: King bed with Master bath, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Additional sleeping space: Queen pull out sofa and Queen air mattress.

    Kitchen:

The pool was spotless and well maintained, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip.The owner truly thought of everything and provided everything we needed to feel at home. Beautiful home that is very spaceous. The host provided all the ammenities one could need from kitchen utensils, pool towels and laundry and bathroom supplies. The backyard is amazing with the pool, covered patio and landscaping. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The location was perfect for our needs in visiting our Avondale friends. I highly recommend and would definitely return.

We stayed for seven nights. It was a nice place. I loved the landscaping and the back yard is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of love into this home. There is a lock on the thermostat so I woke up sweating every morning when the schedule turns it up. It couldn’t catch up to keep it cool during the day It was frustrating. The pool is nice. We used it everyday except one. The outdoor furniture was well used. The master bed has two ditches where body’s sleep. The pillows are very soft. A lot of feathers. The living-room furniture was ok, it’s starting to get worn out. They have the fastest recliner kick out I have ever met.

So amazing

Overall everything was great from checkin to checkout. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful pool and was so comfortable and clean. No complaints at all, would definitely recommend to anyone going to this area.
