Great family spot!

My three sons (7, and 5 yo twins) and I had a great time! First off they were able to make an early check in happen on a same day turnaround which was both impressive and greatly appreciated with little kids fresh off an airplane. The pool was the main pull but the house was very nice too. Had all the accommodations, and if you have little littles they had a lot of items that would be really helpful. Communication was great and quick when I had an issue figuring out the pool system.Would absolutely return!

Arizona Vacay

We loved our stay here! The house had everything we could have wished for, the location was great, and the pool was perfect. Our 5 year old had an amazing time swimming, the house was comfortable with a 5 month old, and also great for our parents who stayed with us. Would 100% recommend this property.

Lovely Oasis in the Desert

This is a wonderful property. The house has everything you need for an Arizona vacation. Comfortable and clean, and the pool area is phenomenal! Awesome slide, waterfall, lighting and fire pit. Food and shopping are a stone’s throw away. Highly texommend this gem!

Perfect Winter Getaway

This property has everything! Our family of four spent a week here in quiet comfort. Kids (8 and 5) spent hours each day in the pool and couldn't get enough of the waterslide. The house has all of the amenities of home, cooking our own meals and getting kids ready for bed were no problem. Great neighborhood; parks, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, and more within walking distance or a 5-minute drive.

Fantastic house!

My husband and I stayed here with his parents and our children for Thanksgiving week. The house is great-very nicely decorated and plenty of room. The pool was amazing! We were in it every day and the kids loved the slide- even their grandparents tried it. The property manager was friendly and helpful. And the location was near stores, restaurants, hiking and other activities but still felt secluded at the house. We already talked about coming back.

Beyond perfection

This property had everything you could ever want and more! The amenities were amazing, the pool and slide kept my six year old so happy for hours! The hot tub was clean and beautiful and everything was super easy to heat and use. The water feature functions, and the lights were beyond beautiful. the linens were clean the beds were very comfortable. They had everything that a family could need from plates and cups to find toys and books. The neighborhood was immaculate. We had the best time possible! So happy we picked this place and we will definitely be back!

Our Happy Place

This is the second year in a row renting this house and we definitely plan to go back again. It is our happy place. Beautiful house. Beautiful neighborhood. The house has everything you need and more. Our 20 month old daughter absolutely loved it here. There were toys, books, toddler dishes, a pack n play, high chair, pool floats - literally everything you need for your kids is in this house. It makes packing so easy. The backyard truly is like a private resort. We always want to explore Arizona more while we’re here, but the backyard is so amazing we just lounge around, swim, grill, and relax the whole time. Communication is always fantastic with Jordan, Cathy, and Chris!

Great Spring Break Stay

We stayed with my 90 year old mother and our 2 sons. This house was PERFECT for us. My Mom had one side of the house to herself while we were on the other. The house was very clean and well stocked with useful items, and is centrally located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. The kids LOVED the pool and fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

Well-Located, Amenity-Filled Home

The house was a delightful place to stay! It is well-located in McCormick Ranch, and within easy driving distance of great restaurants, a large LA Fitness gym, and bike trails. The Master BR and other BR's are located at opposite ends of the house, which provides privacy for guests, the kitchen is very nice, and the pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace and waterfall turn the back yard into a mini-resort. Highly recommended!

Easy to enjoy!

Perfect home base for a Valley adventure

Our family of three stayed at this property while we visited family in Phoenix metro for a few weeks. The area has tons of entertainment options for every age within a 20 minute drive, many within a 10-15 minute drive. I’m definitely a biased reviewer because Scottsdale is my home town, but you cannot find a better spot to visit (or stay forever!). The house itself is a “split ranch” with a primary suite on one side and two bedrooms and a hall bath on the other side. The outdoor space is outstanding, featuring a gorgeous pool with a slide, waterfall, shallow shelf, and spa. There’s also a huge fire feature, an outdoor kitchen area, and several mature citrus trees. Communication with the host and property managers was excellent. This platform caused a number of problems during booking, and we experienced a mechanical issue during our stay, but we worked together to resolve everything. The owner and his team truly go out of their way to provide a comfortable environment for their guests. (Thanks, Jordan!!) In short, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect 10/10

House was absolutely perfect. Pool and hot tub was fun for the entire family. Split floor plan has the master on one-side of the house which give the kids the other side. Nice quite neighborhood. Plenty to within a short distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Family trip!

We LOVED our stay at this property. There were so many kid friendly amenities that were extra nice to have with a 4 yr old and 5 month old (bouncer, pack and play, games and books). Also it’s so close to so many things, we we’re able to be enjoy morning walks to Starbucks. The pool/backyard was C amazing and so clean. We plan on returning and sharing with friends-family as a recommendation.

Little oasis of perfection

This place is a little piece of perfection!!! Property manager is amazing, instruction are easy to follow, the house is to die for, the backyard is phenomenal! I had been talking with the property owner as well and he is awesome! We have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals and this one is easily in the top 3! Plenty of space for everyone yet awesome common areas to be together! 15/10 recommmend!

Family time

Spring Break

This property was as advertised. The backyard was its own mini-resort with the pool, hot tub and fire in the evening. The house was clean, well kept and in excellent condition. We liked the proximity to hiking, restaurants, golf and other activities. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Spring Break Escape for the Family!

This was a wonderful spring break escape for our family. The pool is definitely the highlight but the whole property has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind. There is so much to do in the Scottsdale area but our favorite afternoons were those spent in the backyard. Cathy was incredibly helpful and responsive and the whole stay was just fantastic. We often look to travel to new locations and try new things but this place has us reconsidering - would definitely come back and would highly recommend!

Family getaway from the cold

We loved this property! It had a wonderful back yard pool that my grandchildren loved. The house itself was very up to date and clean. It was well equipped, although I’m not sure if it is because everyone that stays leaves things behind. The husband and wife property managers were very responsive when the pool heater wasn’t working. I wish that we could stay here again next year, but we will have more family coming and will need a 4 bedroom house.

Come for the pool, stay for the neighborhood

The pool is worth the price. Enough said, but I will elaborate. Kids always asking you to play with them? Feel like you need a vacation from a vacation? Look no further. The heated pool will make your kids forget that you're there so you can sit back and relax by the outdoor fire. We happened to stay during a "polar plunge" so temps were low, but that didn't stop us from swimming. The bathroom access from the backyard was perfect! It truly felt like a private resort. The house is well stocked and allowed us to eat in a lot. I don't think I have stayed at a VRBO that has been this well stocked (or clean). The floorploon is spacious and perfect with the master bedroom on one end of the house. Would be over the top if exercise equipment was added to the master (there's room), but I'm on vacation so am I really going to work out? The house is CLEAN with a lot of cleaning supplies, so if you're like me and clean even on vacation, all your boxes will be checked. We LOVED the neighborhood and felt safe. It has a lot of walking trails and the kids enjoyed our walks to Crumble for cookies or to one of the many nearby parks. The property manager was a delight and made check-in easy. She even brought our instacart groceries in when she arrived before us. We are looking at booking again soon, and often. Click reserve and book this place, you won't regret it!
