Prime location just 5 minutes from the Scottsdale Entertainment District, 2 casinos, Fashion Square Mall, Top Golf, and endless nightlife and dining options. This area is known as 'Old Town Scottsdale,' a popular tourist destination with Green and Yellow bikes available for easy transportation. If you're not familiar with Old Town Scottsdale, ask your friends and family – this is the place to be (zip code 85251).

The unit features a 65-inch TV in the family room, along with Smart TVs and cable in each bedroom. The home is internet/Wi-Fi ready and includes 24-hour check-in with a Smart Lock (no key needed). The townhouse complex offers two HEATED pools, a hot tub, a BBQ grill area with picnic tables, and two dog parks. The pool will be heated by the HOA when daytime temperatures are 70°F or higher for at least a week. Once the temperature drops below 70°F for over a week, the pool heater will be turned off. There is no additional fee for pool heating.

We've focused on creating a 5-star guest experience, starting with the bedrooms. High-quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows were carefully chosen for maximum comfort. After reading numerous reviews, I selected items that would ensure you get a restful night’s sleep. I then hired an interior decorator to give the home a "cool" factor, choosing pieces that I would want in my own home—something with a touch of luxury.

I’ve added several personal touches to make this space special. For example, we’ve installed a bidet in the bathroom (complete with cleaning and blow-drying functions)—it’s pretty amazing! You'll also find board games (chess, poker, Monopoly, Cards Against Humanity, and more) for extra entertainment.

We've also added convenient touches like 24-hour smart lock check-in, lamps with built-in power outlets, and USB charging ports above the nightstands. Each bedroom has wall receptacles with USB ports next to the lamps, providing faster charging for your handheld devices, tablets, or other smart devices (3.4 amps).

While the home can accommodate up to 14 guests, we recommend a comfortable stay for up to 11 guests. Any additional guests are a personal decision for you to make.

Guests can access everything inside the home except for the outdoor shed (used for cleaning supplies) and indoor cleaning closet and pantry.

Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars in spots 148, 149, or 150. Additional "visitor" parking is available. Please be diplomatic if others park in these spots, as HOA may tow after a week.

Noise: Please keep sliding and front doors closed, especially after 10PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise after 10 PM or unregistered guests can result in a $1,000 fee or termination of your stay.

Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
